When I first arrived at the hotel to check in, I tried to use the automatic system, but this asked for me to pay the full price, of which I had already paid most of it through the Expedia app. I had to then call the hotel and the staff came down and checked me in.
When I entered the room, it stunk of chlorine, making it hard to breathe. The shower was not fully clean and the toiletries (2 bottles of hand soap) were not good.
The rooms were not sound proofed at all and when lying in my bed, I had several ants climb over the bed and myself. The free WiFi advertised only covered the reception area and was private with the only way of accessing it by scanning a qr code on the owner's phone. The breakfast was ok, but not great. Very little option, with several vending machines and machines not working.
The location of the property is good however, with the bus stop close by, several beaches less than an hour walk and 2 large supermarkets very close by including a few restaurants/ take out places.

The. Staff is friendly and kind. There are no amenities besides the WI-FI. No small fridge.
The breakfast is bear minimal,not like what you see on the pics. No closets, just 4 hangers.

Cuando entramos al hotel, la habitación y el baño estaban limpios. Pero los dias siguientes no entraron a limpiar y cambiar las toallas a pesar de dejar el cartel en la puerta. Cuando finalmente encontramos alguien en la recepción (solo está un rato durante el desayuno y de 17:00 a 20:00) nos dijo que teníamos que avisar que queremos que limpien, algo que con los horarios de la recepción es casi imposible. Tras notificar que queríamos que limpien la habitación, el día siguiente tampoco lo hicieron. Nos pidieron perdón, diciendo que se habían olvidado. También nos robaron la comida de la heladera. Y por último cabe mencionar que el sitio está lleno de mosquitos tigre que ni con repelente ni con el humo de la barbacoa (lo único realmente bueno) pudimos espantar. Durante toda nuestra estancia tampoco funcionó el Wifi. Sobre el desayuno no puedo opinar ya que no lo habíamos agregado.

Franchement à fuir, je savais qu'à ce prix ce ne serait pas un 3 étoiles, mais l'état des chambres, de la clim, du linge de lit sont inacceptables. En prenant Kyriad je pensais qu'il y aurait au moins un standard minimum, ce n'est pas le cas.

De passage pour deux nuits. Arrivés à 16h, notre chambre n'était pas encore prête alors que nous pouvions arriver à partir de 14h... Traces sur les murs, odeur d'humidité dans la chambre, VMC HS, salle de bain avec de la moisissure un peu partout, peu d'entretien aux abords de l'hôtel. Chambre avec porte SDB sans poignée. Espace minuscule. Un lit = lit à bascule. 21:30 : personne pour l'accueil et nécessité intuition sur borne pour obtenir code entrée chambre. Certes prix très réduit mais ok pour payer plus cher avec confort minimum.
