Very professional establishment and an amazing personal. They did everything in their power to make my stay as comfortable as possible. An amazing staff in all levels. You will not be disappointed here. Very modern interior (lobby and rooms) as well as very spacious rooms. Much more to say but not a lot of space. As of present it will be my First choice when going to Paris.

Far enough outside of Paris’ city center to be quiet but not too far away. Seems like the whole neighborhood is going through an update.
Our stay was good. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure what the policy with the breakfast eggs and yogurt are but once they’re gone, they’re gone. (LOL) Witnessed more than one guest told there were no more eggs or yogurt in the middle of the breakfast service. I guess one should get breakfast early…

Vendredi a notre arrivée c’est très bien Anissa est très professionnelle.
Après pas d’apéritif au bar car il n’y a pas de barman !
Pas de café car il n’y a qu’une personne très occupée l’a accueil.
Assez bruyant à l’extérieur avec un festival de coup de Klaxons
Chambres trop chauffées sans possible de baisser la température.
Le positif c’est le petit déjeuner et les personnes qui le gère.
Sacré va et vient de personne du coin, sûrement du à de promo de chambre.

La chambre dispose d'une machine Expresso et bouilloire mais pendant mon sejours il n y avait ni dossette ni thé dans la cambre.

On a positive, I can say that the room is big, modern and clean. It was also very calm. Now, in my opinion, a hotel called Kyriad Prestige should be more than that to improve the overall experience. For example, there is no deck in the bedroom to put the luggage, no wardrobe either, just a small place to hang your clothes next to the bed. There is enough place to add those things. I was on 8th floor and the Wi-Fi didn't work well. Not very practical when you need to work. Then the service, very average. At checking I had to ask twice to include breakfast. It wasn't asked proactively. Then although I took care to hang all my towels to save energy, they were however changed everyday. There is coffee capsules and a tea bag in the room, which is nice. I used on day one and, although I stayed 4 nights, it was never recharged. Worse, the cup wasn't even changed and the tea bags I used (ones that I bought were not cleaned). Breakfast was honestly quite poor. No milk neither normal nor vegetal. In the end, although my stay was not horrible, it's a very average hotel.
