The room was comfy and spacious. I only wish the shower did not use a sticky curtain but a glass door instead. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was lacking alternative to milk so even though I paid for it, I used it only on the 1st day. The location is practical.

Right next to Eurostar and Metro. We booked here so we are also close to the hop on hop off bus and disneyland bus pick up. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great experience. 😊

We've stayed there twice. It's across the road from the Gare du Nord which is very convenient for us. Lots of good transport lines: Eurostar, RER, Metro. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The heating and shower are good. We didn't eat breakfast there so can't comment on it.

The location was ideal for access to train station. The facility was dirty and mold on the wall from inadiqate bathroom fan. the door deadbolt was broken. the large windows opened to the street below for a nice view.

If you are looking for an easy access to everything hotel this is a great hotel. Right across the street from the train station. We trained to Gare de Nord from CDG, and when we left for London, we trained out. The RER B line is so easy to use to get you to almost everywhere or all connection points. Our room was in the inside (not facing the station) and noice was a minimum. Our bed was so comfortable and all linens were white and clean. The room was bigger than many European middle end hotels. Enough space to open a large suitcase on the floor and still walk around it. Extremely friendly staff, lots of restaurant and cafe choices around the hotel for end of night winding down.

The elevator is very small and only goes to a small platform where you need to take up your bags 4 or 5 stairs. So if you have a heavy bag be aware. Otherwise clean, convenient to train station and nice staff.
