Ideal location for Lille Europe Eurostar and early morning onward rail connections. Short walk to the town centre. Clean comfortable hotel and good price obtained. Breakfast is pricey but buffet and looks ok.

This location was one of the rare surprising discoveries of my trip. Choosing the breakfast was wise as is most succulent. But what caught my heart, was the already prepared meals offered which are from a local producer. Authentic receipe, very tasteful, prevented me to go outside !
The staff shows they are proud to work there. If there is one thing to enhace, would be the greeting staff learn to be more smiley with their customers... :-)

The check in queue was very long when everyone arrived late at night on the same Eurostar train from London, and I had booked two rooms with twin beds but they were doubles when we arrived. On the plus side, the location was excellent and the staff were very nice and I would stay again.

The hotel is located in Lille centre and easily accessible to all parts, with the train station directly oppposite.
Room itself was comfy enough, basic amenities. Main bed was comfortable to sleep in. 2 single beds not so much. They were very uncomfortable for adults to sleep on.
Room cleaned well and staff super friendly and helpful.

Overall, great choice for a short stay in Lille. The room we had was great, and well maintained. The only reason I gave the property 3 stars for cleanliness is because at the front door, cigarette butt's were piled high around the bin. Rubbish was strewn there as well. It does not look good or professional.

Great stay, lovely room, spacious, really comfortable bed. Large bathroom very clean, I couldnt ask for more. If i come back to lile i will be looking at Novotel as my preferred hotel to stay in. Only negative was one of receptionists who was not very welcoming or helpful.

I got this hotel because it was next to the train station. I was supposed to have a room that was higher than the standard room. It was anything but a 4 star hotel. The room was really tired with marks on walls and carpets, cheap furniture, and faulty appliances. There were also stains on the sheet and the toilet did work properly so the amount of water used every time it was flushed was enormous and it was making noises for several minutes. I do not know how they got the sustainability certification! The walls have no insulation either. This is a 2 star hotel pretending to be a 4 star one. I did not expect such low quality from Novotel. Very disappointing.

I loved the proximity to the Lille Europe Train Station, metro and bus stops. Easy access to Westfield Euralile and many dining options in the town center. Took me an easy 5 minute walk to the mall and an additional 5 minute to the Center. Many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, Bureau du Change…loved the staff’s attention to the guests, and housekeeping did a great job with the room; it was spotless. Great amenities too (Rituals Products, a Nespresso machine and Kusmi Tea). Will definitely stay again!

Lovely hotel, so close to Lille Europe train station. Excellent facilities I liked the layout of the bathroom, complete with bath and separate shower and separate toilet. Tea kettle and coffee machine, very comfy bed and the pillows are brilliant, not like french pillows at all ! Microwave in the room and there are some ready meals in the reception area that looked good. Great staff, all very friendly and they love to say bonjour. Thank you for a comfortable stay, hope to be back soon.

We have just stayed here, first weekend in November. It is a very modern and clean hotel, with very helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Our room was well sound-proofed, had separate toilet and bathroom with shower cubicle and a bath, comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and a microwave.
We also had the breakfast which is €18.50 per adult, kids eat free. This made it a very affordable price for a family. They were also very happy to provide our daughter with some gluten free bread which we were so grateful for as we found it difficult to find gluten free places in Lille. Amazing place and wouldn't hesitate to return!
