Lovely apartments, clean and modern. Close to Bossinet chair lift so ideal. Only slight negatives are the late check in from 5pm, but this is clearly specified. Nearest supermarket is other end of town. All staff were very polite and helpful. We were able to leave our bags in storage when we arrived as we had an early flight and just used our time to explore the resort.

The rooms were acceptable but, for a little more effort, our stay could have been so much better. These are not serviced apartments! There is no soap, no washing-up liquid, no cloths, no pads, no tea-towels and only one toilet roll supplied. If you want any of these items you have to go out and buy them. I have rented apartments in several other places and have never had this experience. An extra charge of €70 was made to clean the apartment after our stay. We had no option but to pay it, because there were no materials supplied. This was not shown anywhere in the booking conditions. If you are going to do this, it should be built into the price.

The staff at Reception were excellent, very friendly, happy to help and happy to speak English. The apartment was spacious, clean, warm, well equipped. The location close to the town, the bridge from the hotel to the slopes and the ski locker all made life very easy. The only slight negatives were the fold out bed, which wasnt very comfortable and quite creaky and the apartment being at the rear of the building so no view of the mountains or sunshine. But we got a really good deal so no south facing balcony wasnt a great surprise!

My main issue with this place is that it is misrepresented in the listing. Luckily I had read reviews so knew what I was signing up for, and in that frame of mind the stay was not bad. But a) you can’t consider it a 4 star hotel. Maybe the structure as a whole yes, but the studio accommodation is not. b) it’s a sofa bed, although very comfy. c) no soap or shampoo, which is really odd for any hotel. d) it is falsely advertised as ski-in ski-out but you actually have to cross a bridge then a road and then walk down the main road for 200m. On the positive side, the place is very clean although quite small, bathroom is modern, parking is a plus. And the restaurant in the hotel is really excellent, and personnel very lovely.

Group of self contained apartments, chalet style in about 6/7 different blocks. Good location on edge of village and just 2 mins walk from ski lift. Ask for a chalet facing the mountain - typical, as non French visitors, we were allocated an apartment at the rear of the development at low elevation with poor vista but apartment itself was clean and warm, good parking facilities. One other point - signage around the development is practically non existent so can take a while to get ones bearings! La Clusaz itself one of the best resorts we've been to - check out the Bali bar!

The residence wasn't finished! No hairdryer available (haven't arrived yet) in winter season, even at the spa! This is scandalous! Studio not ready: no linen, toilet paper, cushin, blanket; kitchen side: new dishes still packed (didn't take all pictures). Heater not turn off the day we arrive and we arrive one day after the booking so they had plenty of time to heat it..... we were cold all night long! UNACCEPTABLE! Been waking up 2 morning because of the drill noise...... Send my claim two months ago, never had any reply..... It's a shame!

We booked a 6 bed comfort apt for 4 people. We actually got 2 adjoins rooms with 2 sofa beds and twin beds in one bedroom. We were told the apt we booked didn't exist!! We found out on leaving that it does!! We were fobbed off!! Be aware!! Very compact rooms, lacking hair dryers!!! (Who doesn't supply a hairdryer!!) no oven and the beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in! The corridors were filthy with sawdust and weren't cleaned the whole time we were there. Entrance door glass shattered. The spa is only open to children in a morning and on a Wednesday afternoon. With discount it is €75 for a family of 4! Very expensive dip if you ask me!! Although there is a nice pool 2 minutes walk from the hotel €26 for a family. The hotel is up a steep hill from the town, which didn't bother us, but the kids didn't like it after a day on the slopes! I wouldn't stay here again on the basis of the comfort apt being the most uncomfortable ever!! We left with sleep deprivation. If you like rock hard beds tho, you are ok!! The reception staff are ok, Manager we spoke to wasn't all that convincing tho, we made a request through her but had to speak to several receptionists to get what we asked for. The residence was mainly older French couples, not sure the kids were appreciated by them!!! If you are a family with children, I would consider elsewhere. Clusaz town is beautiful tho

Business is business !
