Excellent place to stay for a day or a week. Very quiet, clean with everything one may need. Just a few minutes away from downtown Colmar and a nearby supermarket. A little gem !

This Residence gives me mixed feelings.
On the positive side: Well located, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice swimming pool, large parking area, well furbished in terms of beds, wardrobe, cupboards, kitchenware.
On the bad side: Restaurant food isn't great (although staff is also quite friendly), shower head half broken leaking water, doors in the room are quite thin (you can hear everything going on the toilet)
On the ugly side: No housekeeping for stays shorter than 1 week, and hot water runs out after 3 people shower.
Overall, the experience was fine, but its more a 3 star stay rather than 4 star. Would probably not stay again.

No air conditioning was brutal. The location was near the wine route. It had a lot of thing we could use but you had to leave things clean otherwise you get charge an extra night? That was odd.
It was one of those hot days no air conditions, no fans and windows without screens was uncomfortable. We tried to leave the living room open but practically anyone could just walk in while you are sleeping so we really couldn’t have a good night.

Not so dog friendly. The hotel advertises pet friendly, but our experience was that dogs were not allowed into either restaurant on site, so we had to go out to eat. Not ideal after a five hour drive & one of the reasons we chose to stay.

Good value for money. For families, it’s nice to have a two BR apartment. With a car or a bike, it’s a great location for the Christmas markets and the vineyards. Warm pool and sauna are nice too.
