Staybridge Suites CANNES CENTRE by IHG

My second time staying here and I must say again that it's amazing! Rooms are modern, clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable and more importantly so are the pillows. Staff are super helpful, nothing is a problem for them and their communication is top notch. It's worth opting in for the breakfast, very high standard and a beautiful setting with plenty of space. A great little pocket in Cannes, super safe at night, 5 min walk to everything including the Palais and shopping district.

Our room was lovely and very clean with a good sized balcony. This was our second stay. The hotel is in a quiet but perfect location to reach the shops, beach and railway station. It is great to travel along the coast, the train calls at s number of stations. We went to Menton, Monaco, Nice and Antibes, we would recommend a zou 7 day pass at 50 euros per person, this is great value, when compared with separate tickets. The staff are so friendly in reception and in the breakfast room, the cleaning staff kept our room in an excellent state, replacing anything used. The breakfast is excellent with good fresh food and plenty of choice.

We were greeted by a very nice and competent front desk clerk. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. All the staff ; front desk, breakfast restaurant, cleaning, etc. Worked well together and always made us feel welcomed.

Very nice hotel. Big suite rooms with fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook in the room. Superb breakfast included. Very friendly staff. Walking distance to the main attractions. Very clean, overall great stay.

We booked the hotel 7 months out , but we were put in a disabled room. No face cloth , no shower cap, inadequate lighting in main area, a safe that could only be accessed by kneeling. That is not what one would expect for a room with breakfast costing $A 1200 ped day

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AND COMFORTABLE

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the very beginning, the staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful. At a 4-star hotel, I would expect at least a minimum level of assistance with luggage, but no help was offered at all. Even worse, during the night there was only one staff member on duty, who himself admitted he couldn’t handle the hotel alone. This is completely unacceptable for a property claiming to be of 4-star standard. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that this hotel is part of the IHG chain, which is generally known for excellence in customer service. Unfortunately, this property falls far below those standards. I would not recommend it to anyone expecting the quality and professionalism usually associated with IHG hotels.

Liked the pond by the breakfast area and the spacious breakfast area. Liked the balcony, spacious room, some English TV, and the refrigerator. Rafik and Julie were just incredible in going above and beyond all our expectations of helping. Thanks so much!!!!

Very nice property with great amenities. The location is outstanding. Staff is friendly. Having the washing machine and the dryer is a great addition. I would definitely recommend it.

What a great find. This is an excellent hotel …great location and easy walk to centre and beach, comfortable rooms … thoughtfully kitted out with everything making it easy to stay in and eat on a lovely terrace … breakfast was a great surprise …best croissants ever and yummy fruit compote. Friendly service and thanks for being responsive and changing our room. Loved our stay.
