From the very beginning of our stay the receptionists were kind and very professional, The lady at breakfast was just so sweet she even borrowed an umbrella for our rainy day! We loved the proximity to the Eiffel tower. Room was well euipped with more room amenities than you would expect from 3-star hotel. Would stay again.

I arrive very late at night and had no complications checkin in. Breakfast was really good with a good variety of options. My first time in Paris and everyone was really polite and talk English and Spanish and where nice about it that really helped a lot. Rooms are good and clean. 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Over all I would stay there again. It made me feel safe and welcome.

It was a great experience there. The staff were very helpful. We came earlier, so we stored our luggage there, and the staff gave us the recommendation of halal food around. The location is near the metro station, so it is easy to access.

The nightjift staff w very very rude an insulted my wife with horrible words made her scared and shake feel uncomfortable terrible servce threatne to kick us out as threatend to get her arreste by police. Terrible time at the hotel. Hallways are filth the lift is disgusting and the room have molds celing falling down.
