Arrivée un dimanche après-midi; Tout était Ok pour nous accueillir malgré le bureau de réception fermé (dimanche 17 heures). Communication excellente en amont pour la récupération de la clef. Sejour d'une semaine dans appartement propre et bien conçu. Parking fermé et sécurisé. Commerces essentiels à proximité (avec une excellente pizzeria). Nota: Nous n'avons pas souhaité bénéficier de la piscine puisque notre but etait la Méditerranée. Nous sommes prêts à retourner dans cet établissement si nous avons à retourner au Grau du Roi.

Es war alles perfekt! Mitarbeiter sehr nett, super Pool, günstig. Einzige ist halt nur, dass die Residenz etwas weit vom Zentrum und Strand ist (30mn) aber man kann auch Fahrräder mieten.

Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. It really looks like this apartment hasn’t been cleaned in years. The kitchen does come with plates and utensils but there is no dish soap, nor a sponge to clean after yourself…how do you expect the guest to clean if there is nothing of that sort provided. The pictures posted that advertise this place are inaccurate. In short- this place is horrendous and really looks nothing like the pictures. Completely misleading. The pictures of the pool that they posted makes it look like a nice place to stay but I promise you it is nothing like that. Besides the accommodation, there is nothing around the area. Entering the place is extremely difficult for no reason. No one responds, the only way we got in to the gate was by following another resident that went in. We payed for one night but we decided to leave after 2 hours because we couldn’t stay in that place. If i could give it negative stars, I would. This place doesn’t even deserve a star; i’m not sure how it has 3 stars. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DO NOT STAY HERE.

Accommodation is pretty basic but you get what you pay for and our apartment had a kitchenette, which is very useful for families with young children. Area has lots to offer - especially the beaches. Try hiring bikes and ride up to La Grande Motte and beyond - great fun! There is plenty going on in central La Guarde du Roi and La Grande Motte.

Over an hour to check in. No air con. Tiny double bed. Pool closed 7pm to 10am. Only get the pool side rooms as the rooms furthest from the road get the sun all afternoon and are cooking

Draps et serviettes noté sur le site : changé sur demande mais finalement payant ! Attention : tarif des draps par lit et par serviette ! Du vol! Petite terrasse très sympa mais 2 chaises en plastiques cassées sur 4!!! Bref moyen moyen

Le petit dejeuner etait censé etre offert mais l etablissement ne fait pas de petit dejeuner ... j'ignore si la faute revient a hotels.com ou a l etablissement lui meme toujours est il que j aurais peut etre choisi un autre etablissement pour le prix si j avais su .... par ailleurs la literie pourrait etre plus confortable... sorti de ca l etablissement est correct et bien placé sonc globalement le sejour s est bien passé.

La chambre était dans un état de saleté inacceptable, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. À titre d’exemple nous joignons des photos de l’état du canapé lit, de la douche, des couverts, etc. De plus, une odeur épouvantable d’égout rendait tout séjour impossible. Face à cette situation insalubre et à l’absence d’alternative proposée malgré nos démarches auprès de l’accueil, nous avons été contraints de quitter immédiatement les lieux. Cela est totalement inacceptable et ne correspond ni à l’annonce ni au service attendu. Nous allons porter plainte et demander le remboursement puisque nous n'avons pas couché dans l'établissement.

Logement sale et pas en bonne etat, trou dans les murs, rideau taché, equipement HS ( clim du salon, lumiere tete de lit, ...), chauffo qui fuit, odeur de moisie dans la sdb, peu pratique car obliger de bouger le canapé lit pour pouvoir voir la television (bras de la television peu mobile), meubles de mauvaises qualités (plan de travail utilisé pour faire une table basse et tables de nuits), pas de reseau dans le logement a part la wifi. Pas de restauration sur place mais annoncer sur le site ( restaurant fermé le 5 aout) et pour finir voiture abandonné sur le parking. A fuire, il faut mieux aller chez la concurrence pour le meme prix et un niveau de qualité superieur (exemple hotel formule 1)

La propreté du logement ainsi que des extérieurs sont néant. Le logement aurait besoin d'être rénové. Ampoule grillée, tuyau douchette en très mauvais état, manque latte sur le BZ.... Les informations donnés par hôtel.com sont faux, nous avons loué mon de 6 jours et malgré que soit disant le ménage étais inclus, surprise, non nous l'avons fait. Il est indiqué un restaurant et un bar mais ceux-ci sont fermés car plus de gérante. Heureusement la piscine à relevé un peu le niveau
