Great location, easy to get around from here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant atmosphere overall. A solid choice for a stay in the area—would definitely recommend!

I loved my stay at Best Western Hotel,
Amazing Location,super clean rooms, ,daily housekeeping, Very attentive and highly professional front desk staff ( always smile on the face).
Acceptable breakfast.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who likes high quality hotel.

The parking is a little hard, even though on Expedia it says that the property has parking, THEY DON’T HAVE PARKING. Also at the Expedia it says they have washing options. They do, but one little but; no washing machine in the property only option is that they offer dry cleaning. Most likely they are contacted with outside dry cleaning company.
Other than this two I loved our stay the stuff is amazing, very friendly and spoke several languages which is very helpful. the breakfast was included and was very delicious.

There is no parking, we pay 80gel for 3 days staying.. breakfast included but the options is limited… unhappy to stay here. never back again

Hotel far from the City Center, even in name they using City Center, is about 5-6 km from real city center. During the 3 nights stay not even once room during my stay room did not had any room attendance at all . Far from anything and breakfast really really simple

We highly recommend this hotel.
These resturant staff ( Lika, Maryam, Vaniko and Liza ) were amazing. Very helpfull and polite. They painstaking ensured we were made comfortable not just during breakfsst but any time we requested assistance. Staff on reception wrlere also very couteous.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as these staff members made us feel at home.
