Limited breakfast

Hotel is used for a lot of conferences, and bus tours, so is big, and has lots of rooms. Having said that, the facilities are all fine and well maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel was ecellent too. Only minor issue is that its a bit of a walk to the town centre (15-20 mins), but there isn't a lot to see or do there anyway, so no big deal. Parking is easy and straightforward

Property was OK. We had a two room suite, one of which did not have its own air conditioning. Breakfast was good. The town of Bayreuth was really charming.

A comfortable stay in a large, spacious room, large bathroom with a bathtub (and toilet - a small minus in my eyes), location w/o any specific pros or cons, not exactly in the centrum, but not far from it, not far from the railway station. We have chosen the option "no cleaning of the room" in exchange for a one-drink voucher per person/per night.

We enjoyed buffet breakfast/lunch and shuttle bus to the theater. We would like more shuttle buses coming back from the theater.

Good location but very expensive during the Opera season for what you get. The room was dark, gloomy and did not have what you would expect a hotel at this price to have,. Towels were paper thin and none of the extras like Shampoos were available. The hotel itself appeared to be a converted warehouse of sorts and old fashioned and tired.

The Arvenna Congress is located within about a 20 minute walk of the Festspielhaus, venu for the annual Wagner festival in the summer. The hotel also runs a courtesy van to take guests to the performance and pick them up afterwards. The desk staff was fluent in English, knowledgeable about the festival and maintained a board with "ticket for sale/want to buy" information. The room was one of the few we've stayed in in Europe with real air conditioning. The breakfast room is huge and impersonal. The wait staff is not particularly attentive, but the food is plentiful and good. We'd definitely return to the hotel if we're fortunate enough to attend the Wagner festival in the future.

Wir waren privat als Paar für 3 Übernachtungen im Hotel. Der Empfang war freundlich und der Check in erfolgte schnell. Unser Zimmer war sauber und insgesamt ok, allerdings sind Einrichtung und Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend, das Personal dort ausgesprochen freundlich, aber insgesamt ist der Buffett- und Frühstücksbereich für ein Hotel dieser Größenordnung (196 Zimmer) viel zu klein und eng ausgelegt. Dadurch war es sehr "rummelig" während der gesamten Frühstückszeit (wir haben unterschiedliche Zeiten ausprobiert). Die Sauna war leider defekt, war aber auch auf der Website angekündigt. Das Hotel liegt knapp 15 Fußminuten zur Innenstadt.

Gute Lage, sauberes Zimmer. Alles in einem sehr gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Hotel ist ok. Zimmer geräumig und Bäder auch ok. Parken ist möglich.

Unsere Erfahrungen mit diesem Hotel waren gar nicht gut und das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben bei der Reservierung und am Abend beim Check-in erwähnt, dass wir ein Late Check-out benötigen. Dies wurde entsprechend notiert. Die Sauna öffnet erst um 17:00, dies war aber nirgends ersichtlich. Sie meinte sie schaue was sie machen könnte. Das Zimmer war leider nicht geheizt und entsprechend kalt. Leider wurden wir am morgen um ca. 10:30 geweckt per Telefon und gefragt wann wir auschecken möchten. Dies obwohl wir dies ja 2x gemeldet hatten. Die Dusche war leider auch defekt, die Duschbruse war locker und konnte nicht arretiert werden. Anschliessend kam noch das Reinigungspersonal und hat trotz dem „nicht stören“ ebenfalls nochmals gestört. Wir haben anschliessend direkt ausgecheckt. Die Sauna konnte trotz Voranmeldung nicht eingeschaltet werden. Sogar das Parkhaus wurde trotz Reklamation verrechnet. Wir haben die zukünftige Reservation direkt storniert und empfehlen dieses Hotel niemandem. Sehr unprofessionell und unorganisiert.

Wie waren zwar nur eine Nacht in Bayreuth. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Fußgängerzone und trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und gut.

Gutes Hotel für einen Besuch in der Stadt, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Personal kompetent und freundlich. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbüffet.

Hotellet låg på bekvämt gångavstånd ifrån centrum och uppfyllde förväntningarna på ett kongresshotell.

Es ist nicht das topmodernste Hotel, aber insgesamt gut in Ordnung. Plus ist ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, nicht so schön die Duschwanne und die schmalen Einzelbetten. Die Tiefgarage bietet sehr viel Platz und wenn man einigermaßen gut zu Fuß ist, kann man das Auto stehen lassen und in die Stadt laufen.

Die Matratzen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Großes Haus mit nettem Personal und nicht weit von der Innenstadt.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit kurzen Wegen in die Innenstadt .Gute Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung .Die Zimmer sind wie erwartet in einem Tagungs Hotel .Der Empfang an der Rezeption war super freundlich und ging super schnell
