Baltic Hotel

This little hotel is a gem! We booked one night for its convenient location near the train station and relatively inexpensive rate and weren’t expecting much, however we were pleasantly surprised by everything here, especially the above average breakfast offerings that were included in the nightly stay. We liked it so much that we decided to stay another night.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean, comfortable room. Very convenient location near the train station. Highly recommended.

It was conveniently located near the station and in front of the bus terminal.

10 minute walk from train station. Hotel is clean and comfortable; rooms are small but 305 had a small balcony with views of town steeples and courtyard. Showerhead was good (tiny bathroom sink) and the twin bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had many choices of meats and cheeses, cereal and scrambled eggs. Lots of birds around in the trees. A very peaceful stay in a quiet town

Great hotel walking distance to the Altstadt. Comfortable room, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

We were extremely lucky finding an on street parking space literally outside the hotel. The walk into Lubeck was easy and takes you right past the Tourist Information. Breakfast is in sittings thank goodness as the breakfast area is small but includes everything you could want with loads of choice

Clean and comfortable . Excellent position very close to bus and train stations .

It was neither bad nor good. It's a decent place to stay for the night as a stop. The room and hotel are simple and basic. We got there early enough to unwind and get a good night's rest. There is no A/C but there is a tiny desk fan.

Love this hotel. So charming and quiet not to mention authentic. My family is German Canadian and everything reminds me of my German Family growing up. The Baltic Hotel was lovely and comfortable. Great breakfast and fantastic location. Vielen Danke.

Good value for a night in Lübeck! There are limited parking outside along the road, the hotel manager was very kind and moved his car so I could park. We slept well and had a good breakfast in the morning.

I arrived at this hotel in the evening after spending the first day of my trip to Germany in Hamburg and it was easy to find around the corner from the main train station and opposite the main bus station. There is a Subway next door to the station that I used for evening meals. The hotel itself is pleasant 3 star experience with a good quality breakfast buffet. My room was clean, the appearance was adequate, Wi-Fi was good, and I was able to watch the Champions League final on the TV. I stayed in a single room and my only gripe was the shower cubicle was small, and whilst I was able to make do, it would not suit the larger traveller. The Holsten Gate and the rest of Lubecks World Heritage listed Altstadt is a five to ten minute walk away. Having visited Lubeck twice now it's probably unlikely I will return again, however I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again if I were to.

Great place for an overnight stay, close to station and with a balcony. Fantastic breakfast and service.

The Baltic was convenient to get into Lubeck (though across the street from the bus depot), and was a good value stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room could use some work. The handle to our bathroom was coming off, and there was a cloth nailed to the skylight to block it, but otherwise the room was fine. Breakfast was the usual spread, we were too late to order anything additional, so can't comment beyond the spread. Overall good value.

This hotel was close to the old city with in easy walking distance. The bus station was also opposite. Great value for money and very friendly service. I would stay again.

I was really impressed by this hotel from the start. Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until 0100am! They made sure the key was available for us and that was a relief, it was a clean friendly hotel and great value for money. We were within walking distance to Lübeck city centre and the main bus station was opposit the hotel. We I visit again I will use this hotel!

Really nice hotel with great breakfast close to train station. No elevator if you have heavy bags.
