The hotel was really nice and clean. I was in Koln for a weekday concert. The location was not far from the hotel and public transportation is accessible. Has available parking. A contactless check, but staff were still readily available to assist.

A little out of the city but once we had worked out tram stops worked well for us. Comfortable clean room, just what we needed. We parked at a park and ride to avoid costly hotel parking and emissions fee. Worked out €30 for 48 hours rather than €50 at hotel.

Big BW hotel in the calm neighborhood of Ehrenfeld, Cologne. Hotel is clean, reception desk ladies helfpul.. My complaint is about temperature of the room, which I complo also to the reception. They said it was normal but it was not.. so i believe i will not prefer the hotel during winter times

It felt expensive, didn't get a whole lot for my money. Breakfast was incredibly expensive. It should be included in the room rate. Parking was a scam rate. It a best Western, it's ok. I simply don't think it was good deal, seemed like it only catered to corporate ppl
