Eurostars Book Hotel

My low rating is based on one terrible situation - everything else was very good. Overall this was a good hotel, good location, nice room, and the quality of the food at breakfast was also very good. The front desk staff were also great - they were all professional and helpful. Unfortunately there was one person who turned our opinion of this hotel to a bad one. At breakfast on our last day, the breakfast room was mostly empty. We got our food and sat down at a table. When we were almost finished, a worker, “Bruno” walked over to our table, picked up a “reserved” sign, placed it on the table right between me and my spouse, then stood there, smirked at us, and walked away. That was rude, but I picked up the sign and moved it back to the next table and finished eating. After we got up to walk out, Bruno approached us, and scolded us for sitting at a reserved table. I turned to walk away, but he became increasingly rude and would not stop berating us about the table. We walked out, and checked out of our room. We told the person at the front desk about the incident and she said she would talk to Bruno about it. This Bruno person is the most rude person I’ve ever encountered in any hotel I’ve stayed at. This was such an unsettling experience that I will never again make a reservation at a Eurostars hotel because of this. You really need to weed out people like that, or provide better training. This entire situation was completely unnecessary and could have been avoided.

Front desk staff were great. Helped us with dinner recommendations. Bruno and Isabella at the breakfast were so friendly and helpful. Ordering special eggs and omelettes for us each day. Loved the hotel theme!

The location was good, close to the center, but at night it didn't feel too safe to walk around, as it was a bit dark. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with great variety.

The location of the hotel is only about a 15 minute walk from the main shopping areas and tram stops. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room could have done with an extra mirror so that you can dry your hair properly but we improvised. The breakfast here is great. There’s something for everyone and we couldn’t fault it. As 2 women we did feel a bit on edge going out in the evening because of the area but on the whole we would stay here again.

Staff were great, very helpful. The best hotel shower ever. The hotel is close to the train station and the city centre but not too close. We would book again. With a lovely book theme.

Very pleasant stay. Conveniently located near the Hauptbahnhof. We enjoyed the breakfast quite a bit!

Sergio was the best! He was so accommodating and brought really good energy wherever he went. Josefina was super great too!

Close to the main train station

Disappointed with check in. Room not ready. Asked to be shifted to another room but it was so dirty and lots of dust. Not coming back. Sorry!

Easy walk to old town and very near train station. Room is very big with 2 cupboards. Comfy bed and firm pillows so had a good sleep nightly. Shower area toiletries are nice n gave space to put in toiletries. The only thing we didn’t like is that toilet n shower are separate. And the see through glass made that even more inconvenient when travelling with friends

Eurostars is a bright and cheerful hotel with only a 300 meter walk to Munich Central train station along with all the other convenient transportation options (trams, buses etc). We love the adventure and literature themed decor. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds very comfortable and the shower with its rain head very refreshing and invigorating in the morning. Thanks especially to Marina at the front desk who checked us in. We will gladly return again and again.

Friendly staff, good location, delicate amenities, and so on. Everything was excellent! I highly recommend the hotel. Thank you so much.
