Perfect room for our family of five. Two separate rooms and beds. The staff was super friendly and the hotel in an excellent location. Short drive to and from the airport. Great hotel with amazing rates.

I travel a lot for business and Germany is not short of decent hotels but this one was lacking severely. Other than a lot of negative issues I found, the three worse ones were: 1) EVERY room is woken up by the stench of fried eggs and bacon from 5am. This was the same for my colleagues in different rooms on different floors. The vents are all connected and the breakfast buffet smell leers in. This also brings the heat from the cooking so regardless of the winter temperature, you have to open your window wide at 5am to flush the smell and heat in order to go back to sleep. 2) Shower drain was blocked and meant you were swimming when using it. I asked 3x times over 3x days for it to be sorted and they always promised it would until the last complaint where I expressed just how upsetting this was. 3) The front doors have a gap at the bottom meaning you can hear other guests easily. Not the most pleasant thing when people return from a night out and are loud.

I quite liked this place for the price. It was clean, and beds were comfortable enough. Good location, had an amazing ice cream place so close, and a great discount grocery store where we could stock up on water for those hot nights! It was verrrrry hot to sleep here. No ac as most places in Germany. I did bring along a little USB fan that I bought before heading to Germany that has been extremely helpful. But the noise, we were on the train side, and it was really loud! It was okay for me because I wear earplugs anyways, But my son woke up a lot. The trains, the sirens, the outside people screaming. Also we had our car parked in the garage, and while we were thankful they had a garage, it was a very tricky place if you were parked on the very right side. Like a scary game of Tetris/Jenja.

The hotel was dirty, they gave as one room with spider webs and lots of insects like it was not cleaned for months. The other room had sewer smell that it was almost impossible to sleep. The parking was full and they didn’t say we had to reserve it, so we arrived late and had to park 5 blocks away. Honestly nothing like the pictures.

The rooms utilized the space quite well. It was loud with the tram spot outside and hot so had to keep window open. Breakfast had a really good variety so I’d say that’s worth it. Would stay again especially in non-summer seasons when it isn’t as hot.

Hotel is very well situated. Only thing not to my satisfaction is that i searched for a hotel with parking. Not only parking was not available as the area the hotel is located is extremelly difficult in terms of parking. Very good hotel in general (breakfast is amazing) but needs to review the free parking advertisement with a mention of at least the numbernof available spaces.
