Great location and wonderful staff. Breakfast was an added bonus. Will stay here again in Stuttgart.

Hotel room furniture shows wear and beds are not comfortable. Hotel is easy walk to Suttgart’s main station.

I liked the location of the hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. On site parking was tight but convenient. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good.

There is no way this is a four star hotel. The bathroom floors were dirty with shoe prints, the carpet was disgusting and old, the bed down comforter was used and dirty, and smelled and had not been changed and had blood on it, the room was stifling hot and stunk like a wet dog, and the air-conditioning would not work because of some stupid rule about outside temperature minimum. You couldn’t open the window for fresh air because there was a full floor fire escape immediately outside so anyone could break in at any time. The stuff were indifferent and borderline incompetent and the only thing this hotel has going for now opinion was the proximity to downtown otherwise I would recommend any other venue in Stuttgart

Hotel is adorable boutique style very well equipped, right next to the train station as well as right adjacent to all the walkable areas would highly recommend.

Very near the train station. Breakfast was really good with lots of fresh fruits, a wide variety of breads and cheeses, and cereals.

This is all relative to the $300 per night price tag. No gym No AC Not having a privacy lock on the door (no chain lock, or swing bar lock) You have to hand over your key to the front desk upon leaving the property (very odd!) You need to remember your room number upon returning to receive the key again Felt more like a motel experience than a $300 per night hotel. On the positive side, everything was very clean and tidy.

Nice hotel in town with helpful english speaking staff, good size rooms with storage space and decent breakfast. Second time stayed here.

Pretty good but not super great

The room and hotel overall were clean and the staff was professional and friendly. However, traveling with an 18 months old we expected to have a crib in our room, which was unfortunately not available even upon request.

The hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants. The staff was super friendly and spoke English well. The beds were not too comfortable but overall, we enjoyed our stay. The local apples at the reception desk were delicious.

Fantastic! I have no complaints. Perfect choice for the traveler who wants that tricky balance of excellence where it really matters, without paying your life savings. This is not a cheap hotel, this is a hotel that is great for those of us who are there to actually see the sights and not the walls of our room, yet not be relegated to some cut-rate trash hole. The room was great. Clean, updated, great size. Unbeatable location right by the central train station. If you demand amenities like a pool, look elsewhere. I personally was there to see the sights, not a pool. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were truly wonderful. Helpful and knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely care. Bed was perfect - I slept like a baby (and I usually have trouble with this). Very nice bathroom with full tub and a heated drying rack that was a real bonus. Nice plush towels. Thank you, Hotel Unger for making my first trip to Stuttgart a wonderful one! We will be back; no question.

Clean room close to Hauptbahnhof and great breakfast included. Friendly staff kept my bags for a bit after check out.
