I was impressed with this Ibiz hotel and its team. Prior to my departure I contacted the hotel twice to inquire about the late check-out option and again to inform about my late arrival. The hotel staff was prompt with replying in less than 24 hours. When I arrived, the hotel staff already awaiting for me. They were extremely caring in helping me and my kids to settle in. I had reserved the family room. The beds were clean and well made. The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean and indeed cleaner than many high-mid range hotels in New York city (such as Hilton, Comfort Inn, etc.). The shuttle is very convenient and takes only 15 min to get to/from the airport. It runs every 45 minutes. The shuttle stops in Terminal -1, which is the main international terminal in Frankfurt airport. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel, especially because of how caring the hotel staff was. They really tried to meet all our needs and that impressed us. Thank you, Ibiz team. Will definitely come back again.

Helpfulness and friendliness of staff was wonderful! Hotel was clean and had all one would need for a stay before or after a flight at FRA. The restaurant/bar area served a wide variety of snacks and meals. I am glad to have found the Ibis. Will be back!

I have never been to the hotel this dirty. Lots of trash on the floor. No soap in the bathroom. Beds are broken and super uncomfortable.

I would suggest that they post the shuttle schedule ahead of time. It was hard for me to get to the hotel because I called three times to the hotel to get a shuttle and they never picked up my call, when I asked the receptionist she said she was probably busy which shouldn’t be an answer, they should answer the call and then ask to wait if they are that busy, in order to get to the hotel by myself I had to take a bus and walk for like 15 minutes in a very lonely trail that wouldn’t look safe at night, I messaged the app and they sent the schedule when I was already at the hotel.

The room that they gave me was not clean. At the entrance of the bathroom and on the bed there were clusters of hair.I photographed and showed them to the receptionist. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. He changed the room immediately and apologized. But for an ACCOR hotel, I found the level of cleanliness less than expected.

the room was good. the bathroom was very small and having to pay for the shuttle back to the airport was preposterous. We do not pay to go in but pay to come back, it is like holding people hostage. Very poor decision to charge people. I will not stay there again because of that.

The main reason I chose this hotel was we needed somewhere close to the airport and that had a shuttle service. The hotel satisfied those criteria and was priced better than other hotels in the area. I did think the cost of breakfast was quite high but we needed to leave before breakfast started anyway so that wasn't a concern.
