Helpfulness and friendliness of staff was wonderful! Hotel was clean and had all one would need for a stay before or after a flight at FRA. The restaurant/bar area served a wide variety of snacks and meals. I am glad to have found the Ibis. Will be back!

I would suggest that they post the shuttle schedule ahead of time. It was hard for me to get to the hotel because I called three times to the hotel to get a shuttle and they never picked up my call, when I asked the receptionist she said she was probably busy which shouldn’t be an answer, they should answer the call and then ask to wait if they are that busy, in order to get to the hotel by myself I had to take a bus and walk for like 15 minutes in a very lonely trail that wouldn’t look safe at night, I messaged the app and they sent the schedule when I was already at the hotel.

The room that they gave me was not clean. At the entrance of the bathroom and on the bed there were clusters of hair.I photographed and showed them to the receptionist. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. He changed the room immediately and apologized. But for an ACCOR hotel, I found the level of cleanliness less than expected.

the room was good. the bathroom was very small and having to pay for the shuttle back to the airport was preposterous. We do not pay to go in but pay to come back, it is like holding people hostage. Very poor decision to charge people. I will not stay there again because of that.

The main reason I chose this hotel was we needed somewhere close to the airport and that had a shuttle service. The hotel satisfied those criteria and was priced better than other hotels in the area. I did think the cost of breakfast was quite high but we needed to leave before breakfast started anyway so that wasn't a concern.

The ibis chain is good value for traveling around Germany. The rooms are clean and had all the necessary items. The only downside is the lack of towels... you will have to ask for more towels.

Only one pillow per bed, we asked for another one, but were told, that there aren’t any more. The air conditioner wasn’t working and after I complained it was fixed. No restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast is limited , but staff was very friendly.

Located in an out-of-the-way location, our comfortable room had a college vibe and met all of our needs. Enjoyed a delicious dinner there, which was good because there were no restaurants nearby. The shuttle to the airport was $6, a good price!
