Hotel was fine but noisy

Clean convention location next to the train station, and the transit to the city center. The only issue is that the room is the size of a closet. Otherwise, it's a good value for the price paid

This hotel is a few steps away from the main Heidelberg train station. It was very nice after a long travel to walk one minute to the hotel and rest. It was reasonably clean and the breakfast was also decent. However, this hotel is let down by the tiny bathroom. I've stayed in many hotels (including Ibis hotels) and this was by far the smallest bathroom I've experienced. An airplane bathroom is actually more comfortable to use. I think someone above average height or weight would find it quite uncomfortable to use the bathroom. The area around is busy and noisy which is normal for a main train station area.

The room was very small. The bathroom was incredibly small! Difficult to maneuver in. Staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was quite good!

Substantial breakfast. Enjoyed the proximity to the trains and buses.

The rooms, although a little small, were still very comfortable and clean. They had everything available to make our stay a very pleasant one. The people working there were extremely friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I am back in Heidelberg.

Logistically ideal since train,bus,tram and taxis are 1min away. My room looking to the bus/taxi terminal (and busy road, but no train traffic) was very quiet, due to good glazing of windows. The windows could be opened up to safety catch (gets some fresh air in if need be). Interior was quite modern/fresh and lighting (bed-side as well as ovrhed) was adequate. To step into Shower tray might be (for stepping in) a tad too high for some but not too excessive and definitely way better than a bath-tub szenario. Bathroom window could be opened as well.

Good size room and clean. Breakfast was decent. Parking was awkward getting to the first time.

Excellent value and amazing breakfast, perfect if travellling by train. Very good wifi and comfortable room. Thoroughly recommend. The old town is about a 25 min walk away .
