Very nice hotel - nice staff - wonderful bed and room

Affordable, close to train station, grocery, river and old town. The room just needs some cleanings to remove fine dust.

I've stayed here before. It's an easy ride from the Frankfurt Airport to the Römisches Theater train stop and a short walk to the hotel from there. Breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommend.

Very clean, comfortable hotel , very handily across the road from a train station. The wifi was not working when I arrrived but the manager got straight onto it and it was fixed within 2 hours, and worked very well for the rest of my stay. The breakfast is excellent. Good location 2 minutes from the river and on the edge of the old town. I did not need parking.

Conveniently located opposite the train station and close to the central market area. Rooms are large enough and kept very clean. Breakfast is decent fare and covers all essentials. Bar service available and reception manned round the clock.

I found this hotel to be a good place to stay when in Mainz, Germany. It is conveniently located near a local train station and walking distance from the old town (Alstadt) and Rhine river front. My hotel room was spacious (the bathroom was pretty small though) but I guess for a single occupancy, it's okay. There was no fridge (or microwave) but all the other amenities were there and they were good. The bed was comfortable. The window allowed good amount of light and had a decent view. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to get around from the location of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay here.

Breakfast buffet was not refilled regularly, particularly the hot items like bacon and eggs.

The morning front desk clerk was rude, not very helpful, with no customer service skills. Suggestion would be coffee pots in room, or aviailablility of morning coffe in lobby. Elevator contruction in progress during day, which did not bode well for sleeping during day

Is nice and close to the old city and easy walking distance to all the local attractions. Enjoy walks by the Rhine river just a couple minutes away.

NIce hotel, friendly staff, good location right at the old city center. They fix the elevators which creates quite some noise. Apart from that, no complaints.

Hotel was clean but a bit dated They have spruced the rooms up which was nice but the shower could have been better

Staff was amazing, specially Regina. Very good choice, will go there the next time I visit my friends.

Nice and clean, very quiet. Entrance to room is cramped and AC did questionable cooling. Staff was excellent and very professional.

Close to train station and the old town, Mainz cathedral. Close to dining options and a grocery store.
