Limited hotel facilities with rooms only cleaned every 3 days. Room was large with modern, rather austere decor. No coffee/tea making facilities and no fridge or mini-bar. Continental Breakfast available but quite pricey T 18 euros. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is quite good being 3 tram stops from the Altstadt and Xmas market.

Check in staff on 24 Sep was very RUDE. My room 506 the sink was block and disgusting. No compensated offer? Breakfast just eatable and not pleasant. Pillow was flat.

The hotel is very modern. The room decor is also modern, clean, and minimalist. The ensuite bathroom was very good. It was also a very quiet place to stay and the bed was comfortable and I slept very well.
My room did have a sloping ceiling on one side of the room, so I had to be careful not to hit my head whenever I walked close to it. I was expecting to find a kettle in the room so I could make a cup of tea but it wasn't available. Also, there was no fridge in the room.
Public transport is nearby which is useful.
Overall, I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Very basic, budget hotel. Everything is totally fine, modern. A few strange design choices like making the desk smaller than a piece of paper - you can’t do anything with it so I wouldn’t recommend to anyone needing to use a laptop, work, etc. Staff were friendly. No housekeeping service until 4th day.

Liked how close it was to the strietzeömarkt. Only took about 15 minutes to walk. The room was clean and modern but a little small compared to other hotels. There was no desk/table and only one chair.

Very good hotel, conveniently located close to transportation and historical sites. All walking distance with in 15-20 minutes
This place is more suitable for short term stay because rooms don’t have a refrigerator or coffee maker in a room. You could go downstairs and have a coffee or tea for free, but… As well hotel lobby has a water machine where you could refill your bottle anytime. The hotel has breakfast available for fee I only eaten there once.
In Dresden tap water is excellent quality so no need to purchase bottle of water too.
There are a couple of grocery store nearby as well as little place to have a breakfast.
I have to mention a staff that works there. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and forthcoming with any assistance you may need!
