Do not book at this hotel unless you want to be double charged. After paying through Hotels.com they then turned around and double charged my stay again when I checked out. When I called to have my account credited for the double charge I gave them my itinerary number and they told me to send them an email with the credit request and they would credit my account. After three weeks I called back as my funds were not credited back. The man who answered the phone would not give me his name and was very rude and arrogant. I once again gave him my itinerary number and they stated that it was incorrect and hung up.

Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast, SPA area was in very good condition. The fridge was locked, 4star hotels, and when I asking for explanation answer was to not spent a many for power??? But for Tesla cars on parking wasn't problem, the boss car is more than guest comfortable, shame on you?

Average hotel. I would say that you are paying for what you get. It is at the cheaper end and that is what the facilities are. No tea/coffee making equipment in the room, no proper safe, or fridge, basically it is 10-20 years out of date. No modern facilities you expect in most hotels. They seemed very short staffed. It was clean but basic. Could be a wonderful hotel if up dated.

Website and even email sent by Hotel said dining would be open Sunday evening but it sounds like that hasn’t been true for a while. We found a lovely place for dinner so it worked out but was frustrating when we‘d taken the time to double check.

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening and were checked in promptly. When we got to our room we discovered the additional bed requested for our daughter (to make it into a family room) was not in the room. I went to speak to reception and was told that as housekeeping had left for the day there was nothing that could be done. I was concerned there was nowhere for my daughter to sleep and raised this concern with the receptionist only to be told it was my problem! As it was late we had no choice but to stay and all sleep in the one bed. We left promptly the next morning cutting short our 5 night stay.

One night, passing in the area. The good: The hotel is nice and appears to be directed to businessmen. The surrounding is rural and very peaceful, even though it is just a few minutes drive from the heart of Stuttgart. The down sides: - some of the towels were stained, - loud noises of other guests in the corridor at 4am woke us up, - the coffee/tea spot in the room had a tiny sign mentioning that you will be billed extra for drinking the hot beverages (can't they supply complimentary coffee like other 4 star hotels?)
