The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests are recommended to download the property's Salto mobile app before check-in. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 10 at check-out.

Hotel only accepts guests with minimum age of 18
