The stay went extremely smoothly. We checked in at 10pm and the staff in the reception went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed. They had a wedding celebrations in one of their event rooms but we could not hear a thing!

Be warned - this is NOT an airport hotel or even remotely convenient for getting to the airport. It’s physically close, and only about a 15 min drive, but it is a 70 euro Uber/taxi and you have to wait 15-30 minutes to get one.

Was ok, nothing special - there is a 20euro dog fee which isn’t explicitly stated when checking out (make sure to check the fees at the bottom of the hotel page).
Rooms are a bit dated and not the cleanest.

This hotel is on the list of hotels near the airport, yet there are no shuttles, and public transportation to the airport takes between an hour to an hour and a half. A taxi will get you in 20 min but it costs around 60 euros.
It is outside of Berlin quit a bit. Nothing around it but other hotels.
Not convenient, unless you just came for a hotel stay and you have a vehicle.

Large modern hotel with good facilities. Restaurant was very good too. Very convenient location, near BER airport on south side. Room was a little hot and too noisy with window open and no coffee facilities in room were the only minor negatives. Certainly would recommend and stay again. I didn't use the spa or gym or pool due to lack of time but they looked well equipped.
