The hotel was awesome, front desk was just pathetic asked questions in regards to ferries and they said IDK
I speak and understand Greek too. I heard they will be renovating and re naming the hotel and they are making another one down the road. Hope they put better pp at the front desk. As for the rest of the staff, cleaning lady and staff in the breakfast area. Amazing !

Although large the hotel is comfortable, clean, well run and has excellent facilities. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. Food was presented and the type you expect from large hotel groups but was of good quality. Our stay was very enjoyable and we shall certainly return if visiting the area in the future.

Very happy with the hotel. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. The breakfast had a big variety and everything was delicious. Staff were all friendly and polite. Would stay again and highly recommend!

The AKS was perfect for what we needed , just 2 nights
We were probably the only couple, mostly families . Buffet breakfast was amazing . Staff very friendly .

The hotel was excellent & a great location. 2 small criticisms are that having elected to pay at the hotel, they have messaged me several times looking for payment. Secondly, we didn’t appreciate being awoken early to outrageously loud music from the kitchen of the pool cafe. Obviously their staff enjoyed it but sleeping guests did not.

There are not many hotels in Porto Heli. this one was very nice however it is extremely family focused! There were many kids at this hotel and the focus was on that…. Overall a good place to stay if you have kids. Not so great for a friends or couples trip.

The staff was nice, not overly friendly. We checked in and the girl just checked us in. I had to ask for a map and things to do nearby. We didn’t even know the hotel offered a dinner buffet until the next day because we asked about dinner reservations.
For some reason this property has huge gaps under in the walls on the outdoor floors. Our toddler bent down right away to look under and could have fallen to his death if we did not grab him. These need to be covered up. There is no reason for these gaps in the walls. There are drains for water. Our room was at the end of the row of hotel rooms and the doors to the rooms have NO LOCKS IN THE INSIDE of the rooms so kids could just open the door and walk out and of course we had another dangerous cutout in the wall just outside our door. We had to stack furniture in front of the door at night. Also, our door handle fell off. It was mostly a stressful trip due to all these weird safety issues at the hotel.
Good things: AMAZING food, live music at night, pool bar, room air conditioning was centralized and decent in the evening. Clean. Kids club and playground

Such a lovely place to be! The staff was amazing, energetic, smiley, helpful, they all simply looked happy to be there!
The breakfast buffet was probably the beat and biggest we have seen in a hotel.
The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, lovey balcony.
The pool was quite big and the chaiselongues enough for everyone. The lunch menu (by the pool) was also very good and food tasty.
