We got into Athens later than expected and needed to stay the night before catching a ferry in the morning. We got booked into a family room which was a separate room for our 17 year old daughter with an adjoining door. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend

We paid for a nonrefundable Room that was overbooked and unavailable for us to stay in so we had to book with another hotel. Front desk told us they could not refund our money and proceeded to book us for the next day even though we told them we did not want it. This was strange and concerning at the same time, we will be notifying Expedia.

Our room was clean but had an interesting smell to it. There were no towels in our bathroom, so we had to go get some from the front desk to shower with.
The bathroom was so tiny that you couldn't hardly get past the door to get to the toilet and there was no shower curtain or shower door, so the bathroom basically flooded when you took a shower. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights the Wifi was poor but it was close to the cruise port.
We had two twin beds that were made up like two twins. Our reservation said Mr. And Mrs therefore we thought they would had been pushed together and made up as one bed. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable.
The patio was really big and had two chairs and a table it would had been nice to have a couple of sun beds. Be careful when you go out on the patio that it doesn’t lock closed, it happened to us and we had to contact front desk to let us in which was a challenge. The pool in the pictures look bigger than the actual pool itself.
The hotel was close to restaurants which was a plus.

The lobby was pristine, the desk staff, both when we arrived and when we checked out were very accommodating, friendly and graciously answered many questions we had and directed us to a few choices of eating establishments. We chose one and was not disappointed. They even helped make arrangements for taxi transport to the cruise port for us. I highly recommend this jewel of a hotel to any travelers who are looking for a clean, safe and friendly hotel.

I left some clothing in a drawer when I checked out. The staff were extremely helpful with locating and securing my items until my return a week later when I got them back.
