Whole hotel is finished to a really high spec and is totally spotless. Room and kitchen area was well provided for and George was very helpful throughout our stay. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and would like to return soon! Only downside is it's a bit of a trek into Siteia, but the beaches nearby are excellent and the pool area's lovely.

Very disappointing stay. This photos show a pleasant hotel with sea views. What we had was a view of the sea with a very ugly old half built building obscuring the view. The receptionist was surly, abrupt and generally unpleasant. No welcoming smile, I felt like we were a burden. The room was full of mosquitos. The bed was a bit like sleeping on a blanket covered rock and only 2 pillows. Breakfast the first morning... my husband is a diabetic and is not able to eat any of the cakes and pastries offered. there was only one piece of dry looking cheese left. This is not usually a problem as most hotels will be able to offer something else, such as eggs or omelette. So I asked the person at the desk (same guy as checked us in) if there was any cooked or other savoury food. the answer was ... 'no'. not even, I am sorry but we don't have anything else. So, having paid €11 each for breakfast (for 2 days) we had breakfast elsewhere.

Καθαρό, άνετο δωμάτιο με καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Το μόνο μας θέμα ήταν τα κουνούπια, που ήταν πάρα πολλά κι η έλλειψη σήτας στα δωμάτια, δε μας βοήθησε να τα αποφύγουμε. Το δωμάτιο, παρ' όλα αυτά, είχε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν για να περάσουμε όμορφες διακοπές. Η περιοχή της Σητείας υπέροχη και το κλίμα καταπληκτικό!

Quiet hotel just outside Sitia with relaxing atmosphere & nice pool. Plenty of parking. We had a spacious family room with balcony & pleasant sea view! Yes,it’s not right by Sitia beach but it’s price was good & location excellent for visiting that Eastern part.own transport essential though! Will come here again!

The hotel is on a slope above a couple of industrial structures and an unfinished house. Other than that the view is very nice, and there is a beach across the street. Many of the rooms have balconies with a view of the bay. The rooms are clean and modern; the mattresses a bit hard. Parking is easy.

My advice would be to avoid this place. It's not in a nice area, and the staff is rather rude. On the pictures, you will see the pool overlooking the sea - it is not. It is overlooking an industrial/commercial site. The beds were very hard. It's generally neither pleasant nor inviting.

Un véhicule est indispensable, piscine très bien hôtel très calme avec vu sur la mer. Les restaurants des alentours sont très bon, la région est sauvage, préservée des grosses infrastructures. Le réceptionniste est toujours présent et très serviable.
