Olympia Hotel

Enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable room, walking distance from everything. Only issue was the WiFi, which is very unstable.

This hotel is great value for your money we’ve always used this hotel for our overnight stay before traveling to Leros the next day

Olympia Hotel is located a few minutes walk from everything you need to see in Kos Town. Marina, Ferry Port, restaurants/cafés, cultural and historic sites all within 5-15 minutes walk. Transport is definitely not needed. Staff is very helpful. Allowed us to check-in early and noon check-out is great. Also held our luggage and allowed to wait in restaurant or patio until we had to leave. Fast WiFi connection. This was also still available after we checked out. Overall a great experience at Olympia Hotel. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

I don't really have anything against this hotel. It is what it is, a place to rest up whilst waiting for a ferry or 'plane connection. You would not want to stay more than a day or two. The owner is a chain smoker which might put you off. If you pay in advance MAKE SURE you take the CONFIRMATION that the money has been COLLECTED and if possible take a card statement to back it up, otherwise you will be expected to pay again.

It was a quick stay. The desk person was friendly and helpful. I felt safe- a nice island to visit- beautiful people

The hotel is a very short walk to the centre of town. Staff are friendly and accommodating!

staff was awesome we asked them a lot of questions about the island And they were more than willing to make calls find out about anything we asked. They made the stay that much better and would recommend staying there to anyone.

This hotel is ideal for anyone with a budget. The rooms are basic but well maintained and cleaned daily with fresh towels. The breakfast is above average with plenty of choice. The staff are very helpful and friendly as you would expect from a family run hotel.

We stayed 2 different times during our stay in Kos after visiting another part of the island. The first room we had was mediocre at best - just the paint job, the shower curtain (or lack thereof); and the beds. But the second room we had was much brighter with a bigger shower and an actual curtain so made for a much better stay. The staff is fantastic they helped us out many times and really made the stay what it was. So grateful for them.

Having been to Kos twice before on a similar holiday, decided to stay in Kos town itself as apposed to the outskirts of town. I found it a little bit noisier due to the volume of traffic which passed by every night but soon got used to it. The good thing about the location was, it was only a few minutes walk to the restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the harbour.

Good choice of hotel, tucked down a side street so quiet but close to Kos port and town. Very clean and spacious room,friendly and helpful staff. Excellent choice for quick stay en route to other islands. Very good value for money, sorry can't comment on breakfast as a change of ferry meant we had to leave too early!

Lieu calme propre et très bien

It seemed at first a good hotel, before I took a shower and the pressure was weak or put on the air conditioner which leaked on the clothes I had put under it to dry. But these happened to be minor issues compared to what happened next. I rented the hotel's car Fiat Panda and lost the car keys. The manager asked me to pay €300 without providing any written document of the service provider with the new keys' price or of the car insurance's coverage. When I asked to know how he had calculated this amount, he threatened me with the police if I wouldn't pay and said that he regretted that he hadn't asked of me a €500 caution before giving me the car! He didn't even know that €300 was the maximum excess I was liable for under my rental contract: the receptionist and I found it! I paid the €300, but still find outrageous to ask a caution of €500 when the maximum excess is €300. This only means that the hotel wants to have access to a greater amount than provided for in the rental contract, so that in case of a disagreement with a customer it would be able to force this customer to pay. I find such an attitude despicable and uncivilized. So, if you go to this place and, moreover, use the hotel's car rental service (€45/day), that's what may well happen to you: to be forced to pay more than you think you owe, on a manager's whim.

Struttura molto bella, personale gentilissimo. Colazione internazionale sempre con qualcosa di diverso. La cosa che mi è piaciuta meno sono i bagni. Per il resto tutto perfetto.
