This is a fabulous hotel, the location is amazing, it has character and the staff are fantastic - friendly, helpful, courteous and cannot help enough! I strongly recommend this hotel for a stay in Athens. You won't be disappointed!

O carinho e atenção dedicados pela Greice, Ornela e Aneta e a outra moca da albania do bar, foram fantásticas. Fizeram tudo para ajudar a sentir bem. Eh um hotel mais antigo mas hiper bem localizado l, a poucos metros da Acropolis e no meio de restaurantes bons. Cafe da manha muito bom. Acesso a metro proximo. Ficaria novamente sem duvidas.

The location and the breakfast was great. The hotel standard was what you can expect at this price range. The staff pretty much ignored us and was more interested in socialising with each other than tending to the guests.

The property location is Excellent!!! In front of teh Acropolis & Athens Agora site.
Hotel should invest in new towels!!! Wow the ones that have are so old and use that they feel.like sand paper. Wow. Breakfast is fair/average. Should try to have more fresh fruits.

The first night they sent us to another hotel, 24 minutes from the hotel we reserved, in a drug sales area, dangerous, you couldn't walk. We left at dawn to another place, there was no taxi, we had to walk and some thieves followed us. All this happened because the hotel we booked with Expedia lied to us, they didn't have a room for us and they sent us to a dangerous hotel that was not the hotel we booked

I always love staying here the location is excellent. The balcony rooms are very good with a nice view of the street. The breakfast service unfortunately this time was very average. The selection, quality and quality. I also had a lot of trouble and attitude getting my refund back which was very disappointing considering I’m a regular here. On a positive note Grace at reception was a breathe of fresh air! Very helpful and very friendly! One of the nicest staff I’ve ever met in Greece.

The position of the hotel was perfect for walking to all the places we wanted to see.
It was only a few minutes walk from the Acropolis one way up the walkway and a few minutes walk from the bustling restaursnts the other way but lovely and quiet in the evenings.
The room was comfortable and cool with everything in it we needed.
The welcome we received was exceptional Grace in partcular on the reception desk, so very warm and friendly.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be coming back!
