Plaka Hotel

This was an amazing spot! The room was clean the staff was fantastic, Breakfast was top notch! Dinner on the rooftop was amazing! I'd highly recommend!!

It was a nice stay.

We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel since we did an early check out. The location of the hotel is amazing since you can walk everywhere, but at the same time at night was extremely noisy and it was difficult to sleep.

Excellent view of the Parthenon. Great staff. Good restaurant. Decent breakfast. Could use some TLC in the room. Close to everything downtown. Nice stop over.

Staff were very helpful, especially Zoe. Location is excellent, rooftop was wonderful and price was reasonable for the location.

Excellent location and excellent

A really good choice if you want to explore Athens. The hotel is very well located, around 100 metres from Adrianou in one direction, with its tourist shops and jewellery boutiques winding all the way towards the Acropolis, and a similar distance from the flea market and the surrounding squares filled with restaurants in the other. The rooms were perfectly fine: functional, comfortable and nothing exceptional, but equally very little to fault. Breakfast was extensive and typical of this kind of hotel, with yoghurt, fruit, pastries, Greek salad, cereals and a selection of hot options. Coffee came from a machine, but it made a perfectly decent double espresso. The lifts were quick and efficient, which is always appreciated, but the highlight was the rooftop terrace. It has an uninterrupted view of the Parthenon and, after breakfast, we took our coffees up there and simply sat for a while taking it all in.

Loved the view from roof top resturant. Male staff at front desk was not as freindly or helpful as expected. The rest of the staff were fantastic.

Wonderful pick. About 45-55 minutes from the airport. Tidy and clean. In the heart of Plaka…surrounded by so many restaurants and shops. Wonderful location. Would recommend and would stay here again! Enjoy.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It has a wonderful old-world charm with beautiful wood doors and classic décor, yet everything is exceptionally well maintained. The location couldn't be better—it's within walking distance of the metro, supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, and many of Athens' iconic attractions. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the Acropolis. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the dining area was a wonderful place to start the day. The staff truly went above and beyond. We had an early morning flight, and they kindly accommodated us by allowing us to have breakfast before we left. That thoughtful gesture made a lasting impression. Don't miss the rooftop restaurant! The views of the Acropolis are absolutely spectacular. We celebrated my husband's birthday there, and the staff seated our family at a fantastic table with an incredible view. The food, drinks, and service were all outstanding, making it a memorable evening. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Athens. The combination of its charm, outstanding hospitality, excellent location, and breathtaking rooftop views made our stay unforgettable.

The hotel is well situated near transportation and the main attractions in Athens. Some rooms have great views of the Acropolis. Also roof top bar and restaurant have fantastic views of the Acropolis. Breakfast could be a bit better with healthy selections and better coffee. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Excellent location, close to everything with friendly helpful staff. The room was clean, great shower. The best part was the rooftop garden, watching the sun go down over the acropolis.

The hallways were in pretty rough shape. The room was clean and in decent shape. They had a big party on the rooftop which was really loud even on the 4th floor. The staff was amazingly helpful.

Brilliant hotel in an ideal location

Great location with a direct view of the Acropolis of Athens. The hotel restaurant served one of our finest meals on this trip for dinner. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great value! Would stay here again, for sure!

Good location average hotel Elevators were small 1 person with bags and its full. Refridge in room didnt work.
