Location was 5 minute drive to Micronesia mall and to Tumon. Best to rent a car when booking in this place. Great space, perfect for families, very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Tv had a lot of cable channels :) Washer and dryer available.For check in, best to inform the hotel in advance regarding arrival time. Enjoyed our stay, we will be back!

My reservation wasn’t received, and the gate was closed, there was no body when we got there. We were with our children 4 year old and 1 year old twins, so I was so worried

A 3-bedroom house charging HKD$3k per night in Guam, I'd be expecting more.
The place is rather dirty, the floor was oily, couch was dusty, bedsheets had stinks. The worst part is - you are supposed to clean the house else you need to pay USD$60 for house keeping. They won't even come to do the trash for you. 3 bedrooms you get 6 towels but if you need more (water activities etc), they won't give you additional, they will ask you to wash them. We had to ask for a hairdryer. Wifi was broken for the first 2 days and we had to ask them to fix it. Don't expect immediate service when you call, a typical wait is 1 hour, but to be fair, if they tell you 1 hour, they will really be on time.
Good range of kitchen utilities but some of them don't work.
Honestly i am not sure how it got rating 4.2 (when i booked thatz the rating on Expedia)

location was good to the shopping places. close to the micronecia mall and tumon downtown.
but room air ventilation was awful. if you cook some smoke making dishes like steak, the room will be filled with smokes and smells. one hood was on the cook top. but it's function is just filter some smokes and blow it to the kitchen again, not to outside.
there is bbq tools outside. but it was so dirty that we can't use it.
there is a small pool. but the water was not clean...
for over all, it is just like a air bnb...not serviced hotel.

I have stayed there now twice, and it's a beautiful neighborhood. and if you bring any issues to them they will try to fix right away. however out of the two units I have stayed in. I did have AC problems in the master bedroom. they did move me to another unit and it worked fine.

We had a great stay at this condo. I'm glad we stayed there instead of a hotel room. our family enjoyed our stay. We did have problems with the air conditioners not cooling but the staff was informed and they did their best to make our stay comfortable. The pool was a disappointment to the adults in our family seeing it was only 4 ft deep and very small. but the kids enjoyed it just fine.. the water pressure was very low in the showers and it took the hot water a while to kick in. All and all I rate this place a 4 star. it had its problems but the good out waded the bad. Very spacey loved the washer and dryer in the unit loved the comfort of the beds the kitchen was fully equipped. the staff were very helpful when we needed something..

주요 관광지랑 멀어서 불편했고요 벌레는 딱히 나오지 않았으나 숙소 청결도에 조금 실망했습니다. 직원분들은 정말 친절하셨어요. 귀여운 고양이도 있고.

グアムでのコンドミニアムは初めてでしたがすばらしい施設で満足でした。
管理会社の方からオーナー夫婦さん！
何から何まで大変お世話になりました。
タモンの中心からは少々離れていますがレンタカーを借りれば問題ありません。
アウトリガーやヒルトンもいいですがコンドミニアムを安く利用して大人数でワイワイガヤガヤするのもいいですよ。

전반적으로 꽤 만족스러웠어요!
얼리 체크인도 추가 비용 없이 가능했어요. 다만 체크인 해주는 직원이 항상 데스크에 있지는 않아서 미리 전화를 해야 하는 것 같았어요.
정문이 닫혀있다면 정문에 적혀있는 번호로 전화해서 열어달라고 하면 됩니다. 들어가서 체크인 하면 정문을 열 수 있는 리모콘을 받을 수 있어요.
괌 시내 어디든 차로 10분 내외로 이동할 수 있어요!
