Rooms are spacious & clean. I really like it because there are 2 bathrooms and toilets so activities can go faster. Close to Sai Ying Pun station. Hopefully the cleanliness & service will always be good.

Close to many shopping stores and restaurants including McDonald's for foreigners like me that miss American breakfasts. Front desk very helpful and speak good enough English to help someone older and hard of hearing also like me. Hong Kong is a great place for Americans/foreigners to travel my friend is Chinese and likes it here better than main land China . I definitely agree although prices are closer to America than China.

I stayed here for four nights. It's close to everything—restaurants, stores, and transportation. The staff are friendly. Shout-out to Stephen, who helped me with my luggage and accommodated my late check-out.

Good location. Staff friendly but not all speak English so it was challenging at times. One night fire alarm went off twice, no comms by any of the staff and guests in slippers in the street past midnight… not ideal.

Great for a short stay, this hotel is right next to Sai Ying Pun MTR, making it easy to reach Central’s shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as the Airport Express. Rooms are spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large desk—ideal if you need to work. Check-in was smooth and efficient thanks to Yann and Tiffany, and you can save time by completing your details online in advance. There’s no breakfast on-site, but plenty of excellent local dining options are within a 5-minute walk. On the downside, the lobby is small and located on the 7th floor, so it can feel crowded. The ground-floor entrance and lifts are also a bit dated and basic.

We stayed at the Eco Tree Hotel for two nights on a Hong Kong mini-break. We were impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the room and found the staff to be very helpful and approachable. The location, while slightly out of the main town, was perfect, with an MTR entrance located within a one minute walk of the hotel.

Staff were welcoming and the room was clean and tidy. They allowed for a bag to be kept at the hotel after check out which was great for some last minute sightseeing.

We were placed in one of the upper floors which gave us great ocean view. However the shower was absolutely the worst! Varying pressure in the shower head, leaning more towards very low pressure most of the time. Water temperature was cold 80% of the time. The lady at the reception on ground floor deserves a shout out. She’s very friendly and gave great recommendations. Even though the location is excellent, I would not recommend it because of the bad shower.
