There is no shuttle bus service between airport to our hotel from 1 Nov 2019 . We are pleased to announce that breakfast will be reopen as of 1st Jun 2020, with opening hours between 07:30 and 10:30am (Monday to Friday only). And, provide American set breakfast at special price HKD77 per person and inclusive of 10% service charge. Lunch will be from 12:00-2:30pm (Monday to Friday only). Dinner will not be available at the moment
In compliance with Government Regulations prohibiting free toothbrushes, bottled water, shower caps, shaving kits, and combs in the guest room, please purchase those items from the vending machine located on the 2nd Floor during your stay.
Deposit is required upon check-in.
If reserved 5rooms or above, the hotel will treat it as a group, and the cancellation policy will be changed as non-refundable

Room was clean, but extremely small with no space to move around. We really struggled with storage, no cupboards and no rails to hang clothes. For longer stays it was frustrating. While cleanliness was good, the lack of space made the room uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend if you need to unpack or have more than a cabin bag.

It’s a very function hotel despite being denoted as a ‘Grand’ hotel. Truth be told there is nothing very ‘grand about this hotel apart from its height! The rooms are tiny - though you rather have to expect that in HK. However, when it’s called ‘Grand’ you have differing expectations. The bathroom is not even big enough to have a sink in it - which is behind the hotel room door! My hotel room had dark green wallpaper from the 1990s - and a small chandalier hanging from the ceiling - which I suppose is probably all that is grand about these rooms! The lobby area is small. The hotel cafe was sadly rather unappealing, and was pretty empty. The location to the TST shopping area is alright, and you can walk to/from Hung Hom station or to the MTR in TST.

This hotel is one of the worst ones I have been in. The hotel room is no more than 120 sq ft. The room can nearly accommodate 2 small twin beds, with one against the far wall and the other bed is 6 inches from it. It has no closet, just a hook. The space between the hook and the wall is not wide enough for the hanger to fit in. It has no face towels, it only has 2 large towels. The shower and toilet is in this tiny room with a cloth shower curtain in between. When you are showing, that cloth curtain keeps touching your body. It’s awful. The room does even have enough space for a hot water kettle. I had to put that on the floor when I tried to boil some water. The vanity sink is sitting in the narrow corridor leading to the door. Overall, this is a terrible hotel!!

TST area tends to have smaller rooms due to the population in the areas and its the tourist destinations. If you prefer more spacious and can find hotels with about the same price, i recommend places like North Point. Overall, the hotel provided what i needed for the night to sleep, shower, and other uses. Close to the main attractions but not directly at where everythjng is hectic. MTR is like 3-4 blocks away which was convenient

AC worked fine. Housekeeping came every morning. We didn't try their breakfast. They also had option to keep our luggage until our flight in the evening even though we checked out in the morning which was massive help.
