Cosy room, cleaned every day and good amenities. Breakfast had a good range of options!

Only breakfast buffet was available for $108 KND, no a la carte. No room service even though there was an extension in hotel room phone that said "In Room Dining"

Stayed at The Emperor Hotel for 9 consecutive nights. Room was fine, comfortable bed, strong A/C. Staff was very helpful, swapped out our mini fridge that wasn't working. Cleaners were always wanting to clean our room and restock supplies. If you opt for the breakfast option, it is a very well appointed, with all the usual breakfast fare, including eggs how you want (scrambled, fried, omelette, hard boiled, etc). The only 'con' that we saw, was the hallway carpets were stained, possibly by a previous flood. And they were renovating their restaurant on the 2nd floor while we were there. All in all, would stay there again, as it was easy to access transportation with buses out front, and the Tram within a 5 minute walk.

Powerful shower. Room was a bit damp due to time of year but air purifiers & dehumidifiers were in the room. Convenient location

Hotel rate was lower than other equivalent places in the area. We had superior and deluxe rooms, both are very small and only differ by having a nicer view of the city. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a shuttle to drop you off at the Hong Kong airport express subway station when leaving, but unfortunately none that will pick you up when arriving. Not knowing this (expedia just says shuttle available which is inaccurate) we walked 10 min from Wan Chai station carrying heavy luggage, at one point close to the hotel is a large set of stairs or you have to take a longer route to bypass stairs. Highly advise calling a taxi or uber if you have lots of luggage. It cost around 500HKD to transit between the hotel and the airport. Location is pretty decent if you don't mind taking bus or tram ("ding ding"), as stops are nearby. You can easily travel to Victoria peak or Central or Causeway Bay. Breakfast was not included for us, we dined one time only for breakfast. Food was decent, I wish there were more asian dishes for breakfast rather than western continental food. We ended up eating at nearby cafes / cha chaang teng, restaurants and take out stands (some have great dimsum options). Overall we had a positive experience, and worth considering but not an automatic rebook on our next trip.

Bteakfast range was good and fresh. Clean room and friendly staff. Great service would stay again.

The staff were amazing. Very helpful. I had trouble ordering food for delivery and the staff helped me with that. They also offered me a spare converter when mine stopped working. Very attentive.

I assumed there was a pickup service available at the MTR Express Station, but only for drop off only.

Staff at the front desk were courteous. But certain staff coming to check the shower faucet had an attitude. Unclear instruction on wall switches on “do not disturb “ or “room service request”.

I accidentally booked 1 night longer than what I want to stay and asked them to cancel the last night fir me and they said dirty , I have to deal with Hotel Com and the reply back from the Hotel. Com to “ The Emperor Hotej” is a big No ! I am very upset ! I want a refund back fir 1 night booking and ai am a Gold member of Hoyej.Com

Room was comfortable I appreciate the details of slippers and toiletries, I requested an iron and they took it to my room right away, very well located, I recommend it 100
