Central location close to metro but walkable to the main sights.

I only ever stay here in HKG - this is stay number 10

Icy in reservations was AMAZING and the reason I stayed at the hotel. She really went above and beyond to help me. I also enjoyed the staff on location. Very helpful and very nice.

Great comfortable hotel. Located very conveniently by Hong Kong Station at end of MTA from airport. Clean rooms. Coffee available. Located in middle of vibrant area. Good tramsport links. No breakfast but grear bakeries and coffee shops close by. Good value.

Rooms were OK and a decent size, and decor was good - with an old world China feel to it, but room’s window design makes it feel a bit like staying in an office. Bathrooms were OK and it’s nice to have a rainfall shower. Reception area is decent but you enter the property through a tatty ground floor - needs to be upgraded. Most of the reception staff were warm, friendly and helpful.

We know Hong Kong well, having lived there 10 years, but back for a visit. Wellington was our first choice as great Central location.

Comfortable beds, clean room, friendly staff. Good location for lots of good food and night life. Not too far of a walk from a couple MTR stations. May be challenging if you have a young child who still requires a stroller and can't/won't walk very far. It is a pretty hilly area with lots of stairs (trade off is that it does put your right in the middle of all the action)

My room had a very firm bed and an excellent shower. I experienced several problems during my stay, and I had to move to a new room, but the hotel staff were very responsive and the issues were dealt with promptly. The sink plug in the first room got stuck in the closed position on the second day, and the staff were unable to fix it, so I had to move to a new room for the second night. The curtains in both rooms would not close properly - in the first room I managed to adjust them, but in the second room one curtain was not quite wide enough to cover the window and the staff had to pin them shut with several "butterfly" clips that they use to decorate the pillows. There is no heating in the hotel - the staff had to supply a portable heater when I moved to the second room, because the aircon had been set at 20 degrees all day long, and there was no way it would get any warmer in the evening without heating. The internet was very slow and glitchy - my laptop could not connect to the WiFi in the first room on the 7th floor - I suspect some fault with part of the mesh on that floor, because it connected with no problem in the second room on the 3rd floor. The safe in the room is only large enough to hold up a 12 inch laptop/tablet. I chose this hotel because it is close to the Hong Kong MTR station, but it is a bit of a hike through the pedestrian walkways and it took me a few attempts to find the correct route even with help from Google Maps.

Ground floor enterance was not super well marked that you needed to go to next level for reception. Got worried that no one was around until another guest came out and told us reception was one level up. Otherwise ok.

The property was a 10 to 15-min walk from Hong Kong station where the airport express stops. It's also less than 10min to Central station, one of the major stations. Lots of food options available around the hotel, but the Central area is a touristy area, so do expect long queues at popular food establishments. The hotel staff were exceptional. They even provided us with the best route (mostly sheltered) to walk to Hong Kong station from the hotel and saved us from dragging our suitcases on the busy streets. The hotel itself is okay, slightly dated but had everything we needed. However, I wish they had more power outlets in the room.

Beware of bed bugs , very bad bites , only stayed one night . Do not recommend , staff was nice , nice enough room , freezing at night , heater/ air purifier? Smells horobly moldy , worst bed bug infestation we have seen .Great location though .

Good place, great location but unfortunately there was construction going on right outside our window. Not the hotels fault but a downside nonetheless.

Hotel stay was amazing! Very centrally located, boutique hotel with great service. Room was quiet, of good size with nice amenities, loved the bathroom set up and large shower. We would definitely stay here again the next time in Hong Kong.

Thin walls, can hear everything from neighbor, can also hear from street level, loud room overall disturbing sleep quality
