One of the best experiences I had, when I came to the hotel for early check-in (as per my request) the room was ready without any story, very fast check-in and out process, very good and helpful staff. Will be my "forever" hotel whenever I'm visiting Hong Kong.

Room is clean, hotel location is strategic, next to Langham Mall and MTR station. Lots of food around the area. Hotel staffs are friendly. They also gave us some birthday cake in the room when I told them that we were celebrating a birthday. Less than 5 minutes walk to the bus stop to go to the airport. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

My best experience staying at Cordis Hotel. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. It's really nice for parents traveling with kids. It's connected to Langham Place Mall. The breakfast is super delicious, lots of menu, they'd have notes in every meal if it contains pork or not, which is very important for Muslim travelers. The staffs are very kind and helpful. Absolutely comeback next time.

Loved this hotel. Great for family. Had 2 double beds. Rooms were always made up before we got back from breakfast. bathroom was great. Location was great. The entrance was inside a plaza - The breakfast buffet was amazing. Will definitely be booking again next year.

Our four nights at Cordis in a Club room was made perfect at the lounge, with its lovely view of Hong Kong particularly at sunset, where a wide assortment of afternoon tea treats plus nightly drinks and canapés were served. Special mention goes to the lounge staff in particular Crystal (who went far and beyond to make our stay a memorable one) and Mahen (who made us feel very much at home). Beyond the lounge was a bright, spacious and beautiful room with various amenities. The icing on the cake for me was the 18/20 metre heated lap pool on level 41, which I thoroughly enjoyed at 7.30 am.

Room was a good size with very comfy beds, a choice of pillows, mini fridge, full size bath towels, and great water pressure. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is attached to a large mall with many dining options. Good for families or those who want to shop.
