There is no USB plug in my room.Although there is a USB VCable for charge,I cannot find a USB plug or socket that mean I cannot use the cable.
Other than that, it is overall good and no point need to elaborate.

I recently stayed at the Eaton Hong Kong twice within two weeks, for a total of 12 days. In between, I had to travel to China over a weekend, which meant I made two separate bookings. Upon returning to Hong Kong, I actually arrived a day earlier than my second reservation and had to make a last-minute booking for an additional night. The only available room for that extra night was in a different category.
What truly stood out was the hotel’s exceptional customer service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they went out of their way to combine my new booking with the existing one and ensured I could stay in the same upgraded room throughout my second stay. This thoughtful gesture saved me the inconvenience of changing rooms and made the experience much smoother and more enjoyable.
The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Although it was a bit small, that’s to be expected in Hong Kong, and the efficient layout made it comfortable nonetheless. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming, and the service was consistently attentive and professional.
We were very happy with our stay at Eaton HK and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, stylish, and guest-focused hotel in Hong Kong.
