Be careful! Make sure they give you the room you booked!
This hotel is about a 5 minutes walk from the MTR. My friends and I (3 adults) booked a Premier Ease but was unfortunately given a smaller room. A room that sleeps at most two adults. Upon noticed the next day, we reached out to the front desk and he admitted fault but that it was not done intentionally. He informed us that the room we booked will be available two nights later. Therefore, we had the smaller room for 3 nights out of the 6 nights we booked. Unfortunately, they refused to make a price adjustment for the nights that we did not get our booked room.

i booked one night stay for self-isolation after flight, but the hotel was horribly disgusting. I didn't even wanna unpack my luggage, went straight back to the front desk to checkout. Same guy who helped me checked-in 5 mins ago didn't ask for a reason, not even a word, guess it's kinda normal for them.

quite dusty in room, especially the little table near the window
we book for 4 people room, but only provide 2 bath towel, since we are quite late to have the shower, their house keeping already off they suggest us going down to front desk and get it by ourselves which is quite inconvenience
other than that the location is good and the front desk staff are nice
