Novotel Hong Kong Citygate

During my second day at the hotel, I saw a cockroach crawling on the table in my room. I reported it to the front desk, and the manager, Dan, immediately took care of the situation. Without asking too many questions, he upgraded our room and offered a complimentary breakfast for one day. The new room had a strong odor, and the heater wasn’t working, it was extremely cold. I told Dan I didn’t want to change rooms again because it was becoming overwhelming. He quickly provided a portable heater and continued to check in to make sure we were okay. One of the housekeeping staff also noticed the odor issue and kindly offered to deep clean the room to remove the smell. She made sure to keep it fresh every day. I truly appreciated her efforts. The service at this hotel is outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and greeted guests with a smile. Their willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference in my stay. I would definitely return to this hotel because of the incredible service from Dan and the team, and I will be recommending it to all of my friends and family.

Staff are welcoming and accommodating. Clean and convenient to tourist locations and transportation. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a plus!

Fantastic seafood buffet dinner,excellent value for money and great selection of food.

Great spacious room with comfy bed. Carpet could do with a thorough clean. Overall good nights sleep before early flight next day. Shuttle service good... it's on a first come first on basis so pays to be down early to get on first one of the day.

The shuttle service was very useful. When we arrived our room was ready. It was clean and comfortable.

Staffs was very friendly. Shopping mall and subway nearby. Easy to commute to all locations from the hotels and lots of fine dine nearby

It's very convenience for 1 day layover, 5-8 minutes from and to airport, in same building with outlets with many shops and restaurants, few minutes to metro station. Very nice staff and great service.

Rooms were very clean and nicely appointed. Hotel is connected to Citgate Mall via an escalator, and MTR is just outside the mall. There is a shuttle to/from the airport. Hop-a-Bus ticket an be purchased in the mall and their buses stop there. Excellent property. I will likely rebook on my next trip to Hong Kong.

Walking distance to Citygate Shopping Mall with many food varieties and movie theatre.

The customer service was excellent and staffs are so friendly. Amazing location for what you’re paying.

Excellent hotel to stay in if taking a flight from HK airport

This is best hotel which is close to airport, with free and frequent shuttle buses to & fro the airport. It is convenient with many shops and eateries as this hotel is connected to a mall. Very convenient with a subway, buses & taxi nearby.

Excellent place to stay everything was exceptional

A quick night to chill. A clean & comfortable room awaited our arrival. Breakfast before we left was tasty. Good check-in and out.
