Soravit on Granville

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and convenient this hotel is. Close walking distance to the train line, 4 shopping centers and restaurants serving all sorts of affordable meals. There's also a 7 Eleven just outside for all your basic needs like snacks, water and toiletries. On the downside, there is a bit of construction on an adjacent property and though the noise wasn't audible from my room, taxi pickup and drop-off wasn't so easy with all the trucks on the road when I had suitcases. The room was smaller than I expected. I would recommend a larger room if you have 2 large suitcases or more. The rooms are advertised as soundproof, but I could hear people in the hallway and even guests taking in the adjacent room. Not a problem really except for the slamming of the heavy locks and doors. There was no noise from traffic. Lastly the amenities seemed a bit lacking. I had a kettle and some drinking water, but no tea or coffee which is quite standard for most hotels. No other utensils were provided other than coffee mugs and glasses. I would definitely book again, but probably upgrade my room for my next visit.

Second time I stayed here. Any problems are always resoved quickly. Make sure you alwa6s get thr 18sm room as the smaller one is usrlrss.

Nice staff easy check in. Rooms and hotel in general need a refurb, curtains dirty cleaning not great, rooms smell of smoke. Tv not connected to internet Good location

Nice staff also maids. The hotel is near MTR Station and shopping areas. Have a convenient store next to the hotel.

The room could use a deep clean. Lots of dust. The pillow had mold on it, which was discovered when I took off the pillowcase to adjust the pillow. Just black mold stains on pillow. Gross.

Very convenient location. Good for couple to stay. Dont expect too much services or compare with hotel. A clean and comfortable room are good enough.

i was surprised how nice the room are, it may be small but it is enough for travellers to stay, especially most of the time you are going to stay longer outside. stuffs were great and very accomodating.

Great location. Cleanliness is OK - there were some stains on the bedsheet and dust, but not unbearable. Overall, it was a good stay.

Staying for the 2nd time within a year. I checked in well before noon and the reserved queen bed room was not ready until later in the afternoon. The very polite and efficient front desk staff offered an option to take a 2-bed room instead. Since I was travelling solo I took up the offer which worked out perfectly fine. The room was decent in size and I didn't feel cramped, except the bathroom was just a little bit narrow. The shower stall was good size to move around though. The room furnishing had minor wear and tear around the edges compared to my 1st stay but otherwise clean and comfortable. It's a nice trouble free stay and I will not hesitate to come back again.

Our room bathroom wafted a strange odor, similar to partially treated sewage. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the smell. Purchased air fresheners which still did not mask the smell. Talked to concierge and they poured bleach and flushed the toilet a few times but this helped only temporarily. There is black mold on the caulking in the shower. There was alot of dust under the bed and by the window sills next to the bed. Hotel is located in a busy area with access to shops and food.

The customer service and the hotel itself was nice. But the outside area what’s a little messy, typical Hong Kong street.

Room was very clean and is a decent size for a couple, wi’fi very good, shower good, 7eleven just out side, close to Nathan road and metro.

All round is ok
