The staff at this hotel are amazing! When we checked out early in the morning, my 9-year-old daughter suddenly felt hungry and went into the breakfast area. Even though our last night didn’t include breakfast, the staff kindly gave us two boxes so she could take some food with her — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Everyone we met, from the restaurant staff to the porters who helped with our luggage, was warm, friendly, and professional. I’ve been to Budapest twice, and this is by far my favorite hotel. Highly recommended!

Remarkable staff. The concierge Daniel was remarkable. We had difficulty with our flight, leaving Budapest and had to return to the hotel and it was like seeing old friends again.

Stayed in the twin room if you have big bags and you want them out the room is gonna be not as spacious keep that in mind. Also the concierge times are very weird some days until 6 pm and some until 10 pm. So it was hard to book dinners on some days as I thought of them the day of. Other than that hotel is really nice.
