Ginger Faridabad

Since its a no frills / economy property, our expectations were quite realistic. Positives include central location, friendly cooperative staff, good food. Areas need improvement are upkeep of the property, maintenance, health club.

Service very poor, staff very arrogant and slow in response, food is horrible. No value for money. Not worth stay compared to cost.

Decent property for business trips

The front office staff is not courteous, and their processes vary from person to person. They refuse to apply GST at check-in, claiming it will be done at checkout. However, the checkout team insists it should have been done by the check-in team. They are too adamant and uncooperative.

Better to Avoid.

Wow! What a disappointment. I'm not a travel snob demanding 5* treatment at a budget hotel. I booked the Ginger Fariidabad with relatively low expectations but even as a seasoned traveller in India they exceeded all my expectations (in a bad way). Issues started when the airport transfer booked with them didnt show up. I called from the airport after waiting an hour to be told they hadn't arranged it afterall. What a shame, i got to know their trqnsport driver during my stay and he was very helpful. Collection from the airport should not have been an issue. On arrival i was given a tiny with a single bed, the bed frame was solid (unsprung) and the mattress was like sleeping on a bag of potatoes. The shower didnt work and the tap flooded the bathroom area when used. The toilet did work but the scrap of toilet roll left by previous guests was insufficient and not acceptable. These were relatively minor inconvenieces compared to the noise!! The hotel overlooks a very busy flyover and road junction. The constant road noise and beeping of horns 24 hours a day is intolerable by even the hardiest of travellers. It wasnt possible to award a 0 star review but test assured if it had been available I would have selected it. On the plus side, the food was OK and reasonably priced. Would i recommend this hotel? Definitely NO. Give it a wide berth.

Not so clean room, the elevator was not working propoerly. Will not recommend to stay for a business trip

Room was very small and air conditioner was very noisy.My wife asked for hair drayer they said will send to room but never did Next morning I call for iron reception told me will send in 5 minuets but called me hour later that it’s not available.

No space for movement. charges are abnormally high. stinky ,too much mosquito etc.

This hotel is quite convenient because it is near to a metro station. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The foods in the restaurant are quite tasty

Had to shift room twice due to dilapidated bathroom and once for AC not working. Imagine AC conked off twice at 11 PM and 2 AM. After a hard days work it is really annoying to shift room at these unearthly hour. Note: Staff is courteous and tried their best but the whole setup is in bad shape

Very disappointing stay. Wifi password was never given after repeated requests. The room was very noisy due to traffic on the highway. Took too long to checkout and my bill was supposed to have been sent by email, I still haven't received it. Would not recommend this hotel

It was a one night stay during a business trip. The hotel checkin and chekout was seamless. Staff courtesy is good. The cheapness starts from the old towels kept in the bathroom to the wrinkled bed spreads. Food is too costly comparison to the budget hotel status.

Non cooperative staff pathetic services rooms wereso small,they cud have made it better but they were not helpful,not recommend it to others

There is constant traffic noise since its on the highway......

1年ぶりの宿泊でした。取引先の近くですので泊まりました。あまり期待しなかったが、全てが改善しましたので驚きました。おかげさまで、快適な滞在ができました。
