The front desk, Poornima, Ushima, and Sabari assisted us very well. Highly appreciate them for the speed up registrations and room readiness. Variety of breakfast, and for Malaysians there’s nasi lemak for breakfast. This hotel comes with complimentary high tea. Highly recommended.

We were only here on our last night in Chennai, but what a fantastic choice we had made. The seamless check-in, the amazing suite room, the fantastic food and shopping recommendations by staff, all made for a great stay. The breakfast staff who magically appeared to take our orders and make sure that all was in good order and then magically disappeared made for a great experience too. The location was great and safe too. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Excellent choice of Breakfast and very tasty too. Every day traditional local Special B/fast counter by Eshwari and👌👌Filter coffee by Devi is an "Crème de la crème" on top. Very very friendly staff and care is outstanding.Clean room and efficient service. Can keep going on and on but one word to say in total is “ Excellent and Outstanding”.

Front offices and reservation needs ramping. Concierge staffs kudos to Mr Raman & Mr Johnson. Friendly and felt very welcome to the hotel. The same passion year over year. A true ambassador to GRT Grand Hotel Chennai. Chef Srinath dedicated and passionate on his job. Makes sure each guest leaves happy after their breakfast. Just ensure you are staffed well and the breakfast readiness is at 7am. Short of cutleries,food labeling is mixed up causes frustrations. Housekeeping good job.
