I loved my stay in Hyatt place. Banjara. I want to thank all the team at this property ( who served from 1st March to 3rd March 2025).. I thank them most Vechas they made my son’s birthday a wonderful memory ( he is a special child).. for my Aryan a good place to stay and good food is all that matters.. also the team treated him with love and care. That’s very very important to me whenever I travel.

The room felt a bit cramped for a family of three but the overall stay was excellent including staff, service and food. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

Their service depends on their mood. Restaurant and Backoffice team must to attend customer service training. Along with please learn how to behave with customers. Or if possible ask them to visit other hotels like Marriott

Small crowded Gym. Limited menu for foreigners, room furniture needs some TLC. A very overpriced stay makes me consider the worth of Expedia rating policies AND justification for pricing and establishment category rating. This is a 3 star hotel - at best.

I was there for a week and at least twice I saw staff members fighting and cursing at each other loudly outside the lobby door. It was very unprofessional as they were just arguing really loud and cursing. I feared a fight could break out among them

Had a disappointed stay. Very bad hospitality. Staffs especially front desk and reception were not at all professional. Room was very stinky. Called housekeeping staff. They came late and sprayed room freshner. Still bathroom was smelling bad. AC was not working. Called again. They were repairing for 30 mins. And we are in the same room with a kid. After repairing also cooling was not that great. After paying 15k, the front desk staff doesn't have a courtesy to provide another room. We regret selecting Hyatt. We will never visit this hotel. Very bad service.

This is a great hotel though it caters to the business crowd. Located across from GVK Mall its a great location in Hyderabad. The hotel is a bit dated however that doesn't take away from the location, great staff, and hotel amenities.
