The staff here is fantastic. They are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and the housekeeping does a great job keeping your room clean. The receptionist(s) were always very helpful. The hotel is in a very good central location. You can walk to many popular destinations within 20 minutes. The internet was slow, but on-par with most hotels (most hotels need improvement here). The breakfast is underwhelming, but better than the typical continental breakfast you'd find in the USA. I would stay in this hotel again, it was a great experience.

I doubt you will have anything to complain about this hotel, Great location, calm place, clean and good looking rooms, great complimentary breakfast menu, good room service and good food in room service. Only nitpicking was the remote of the set top box which was difficult to operate

We stayed at the justa for 3 nights. A very pleasant hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially monica and hari on reception. Food was excellent, good rooftop restaurant.

Location was very central -- a well known area that was easy to find and navigate to. The hotel was a small hotel set in a local neighbourhood and next to a great restaurant. Staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was good with lots of options. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling and looking for 'Western style' comforts in India as we found it very relaxing and comfortable.

We had to move to the Justa on MG Road due to problems with the air-conditioning and Cable Television after just one night at the hotel, but the move was handled very professionally and without too much of an inconvenience. We will definitely stay at Justa again.
