We had a wonderful stay at The Taj Mahal, New Delhi, and it was the perfect way to begin our trip to India. Our complimentary airport transfer made our early morning arrival stress-free; took about 30mins. A special thank you to Sakshi at Reception, who arranged an early check-in after a short wait and ensured we were allocated a high-floor Taj Club Room. We enjoyed a Viator tour of Old and New Delhi on our day of arrival and at 4:30 am the following morning for our Taj Mahal tour in Agra. Sakshi thoughtfully arranged a takeaway breakfast and freshly made coffees to collect from Concierge, making our early start effortless. The Taj Club was definitely worth the upgrade. We enjoyed breakfast in both the Club Lounge and the main restaurant, with made-to-order eggs and delicious spicy dosas. Afternoon tea (3:30 pm) and evening drinks with canapés (6:30 pm) were excellent, with a varied menu each day. The outdoor pool was beautifully maintained and a relaxing place to unwind after sightseeing. From the exceptional service to the luxurious facilities and attention to detail, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at The Taj Mahal, New Delhi again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

Lovely stay. Staff were always attentive and helpful. Room was large, bed was super-king plus comfortable rollaway for our daughter. Aircon was perfect. Hot and cold breakfast included with our rate which made a tasty start to the day. On the last morning we got a Bon Voyage slice of cake at breakfast 🙂.

As I entered the door to the beautiful lobby, felt the quiet yet buzzy-energy, and was greeted by the warmth of the welcoming staff, I instantly relaxed. I was so happy to be there! I had the opportunity to also stay at the property this past March, and am growing to really look forward to my stays at Taj Mansingh. It is inevitably a highlight of my trips to India. I want to specifically commend Divya for her attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth. She set the tone for the perfect stay. I also wanted to commend Shauryaveer for his kind flexibility and creative problem solving. I also want to commend Nitish for taking care of every one of my needs with a smile on his face. I could commend each and every person I met--I travel quite a lot, and am yet to find a staff atmosphere so consistently personable, hospitable, helpful and warm. The property is a beautiful oasis. Bravo, Taj Mansingh. And thank you.

The staff and hospitality makes the experience at Taj Mahal exceptional. Everyone is warm, kind and helpful, eager to assist. The hotel itself is well-maintained and the restaurants we dined at (Machan and House of Ming) were tasty and flavorful. Looking forward to our next visit at a Taj property.

I travelled to Delhi in March 2026 and stayed herre ith my parents and sister. This was a wonderful hotel. We cannot thank all the staff here enough for everything they did for us. I would particularly like to thank everyone for helping my elderly parents around the hotel. They were looked after so well and like family members which was so nice. We thank you so much. Particular thanks go to Dheeraj, Rashminder and Anushka in Varq and Mr Shah Jahan and his team. We thank you all so much and look forward to visiting again very soon.

There is no aspect of the hotel that is not excellent. They leave nothing to chance and I will never stay anywhere else in Delhi. And if there is a Taj property wherever I travel I will stay there. Like the properties in London. Always amazing and always consistent.
