I had booked one room by agent and another room directly from the hotel. When I was checking in, I was told by the reception that the room booking was cancelled for agent. however, my other room remained. I said, It’s not possible since I had already booked, paid by credit card for agent. They asked me to wait for 30 minutes and then, they offered to upgrade my room. This caused a lot of confusion and I had to work with my bank although I was very exhausted from the trip. Overall I’ the like to say that the hotel’s reception service was terrible, they were not efficient with the room booking and nor was there hospitality.
