This is really bad. The pool is dirty, the sheets are stained, the hot water doesn't work, the headlights are flickering, there are lots of ants, the ceiling is cracked, and there are rats running around in the kitchen area! It's like a haunted villa, deserted and unkempt! Sorry to say, but this villa is highly not recommended to stay in!

Very average. Stayed overnight in an emergency. Bed was okay, toilet not so much. Breakfast (included in the price) was a choice of fried rice or fried noodles, made by the security guy. Not a place I’d stay in again, but beggars can’t be choosers…

How could they check that the electricity is out, there are facilities such as a TV but it can't be used, there is no hot water, the room doesn't match the photos, it looks like a villa that has been neglected but is still operational. The villa's windows are also very difficult to open, so they have to be lifted. We want a vacation, not lifting weights. Please improve the condition of the villa to be operational. The villa is very bad, with neglected walls.

It's a shame that the electricity went out because the token ran out, there was no hot water, the towels were dusty, the TV remote didn't work. There were mice climbing onto the table. The fried rice was soggy.

The concept is actually good and spacious, a mini villa with a private pool. I just want to say it needs to be renovated immediately because it's getting uncomfortable. The TV is uncomfortable to watch, the screen is blue, the pool is dirty, the walls are flaking, it's stuffy, the kitchen is also full of holes, the gallon jug is not filled. The sheets are dusty. The bathroom is the only thing that's better, but the water is small, making it a bit difficult to take a shower. And the towels should be replaced, they're really shabby. Hopefully, it will be better in the future if I stay there again.

Staff needs more training, staying here for the 3rd time, asked to move rooms from 101 because the room was dirty, but the staff said it was full, even though we were the only ones staying. Private pool but the pool could not be used because it was very dirty. The bathroom had no footcloth and soap, only shampoo. The room, Wi-Fi, TV could not be used, the staff said all TV rooms could not be used. Moldy sheets, sticky floors.
