None of the requests could be fulfilled. They asked for a sunset view, but they got a city view. They requested a king bed, but they got twin beds. The smoking room didn't have an ashtray. The corridors were noisy, with housekeeping constantly yelling. The pillowcases weren't changed, and they were dirty.
