Staff are so friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, reasonable hotel price, good location. The only things are the mix between non-smoking and smoking rooms on the same floor, so I could smell cigarette smoke in the corridor, but thankfully not in our room. And more hairdryers please, as we could not borrow one as none were available.

The walls aren't soundproof enough. I was woken up by noise from the next room. The shower is fixed, making it less flexible for showering and cleaning. The TV only has basic channels, no Netflix, etc. On the plus side: there's a self-service laundry next door.

First time staying here, very satisfied😍🫰🏼You can check in early if the room is ready, there is a gallon of water available, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the wifi is quite fast, the food is varied and delicious, the location is strategically close to Panakkukang Mall, it does look like an old hotel from the interior, but it's okay because it's clean and very comfortable😍
