I had a very pleasant stay at the Amaris Hotel Semarang. From the moment I arrived, check-in was quick and the staff were very friendly and professional. The room featured a modern minimalist concept that was efficient and very clean. The mattress was soft, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was clean and equipped with hot water. The hotel's location is a major plus. It offers easy access to various tourist attractions, souvenir shops, and culinary spots in Semarang, significantly saving travel time. The breakfast menu is quite varied and delicious, especially the selection of local specialties. The dining area is also neatly arranged and clean. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfortable, practical, and strategically located accommodation in Semarang at an affordable price. The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel was strategically located, comfortable, and safe, and the area around the hotel was very beautiful, especially at night along the streets. The youth area was decorated with colorful lights, you can enjoy the evening with many benches, and in the early morning you can jog along the sidewalk. Overall, my friends and I had a very memorable three-night stay at Amaris. If I come back to Semarang, I will definitely stay at this Amaris hotel again.

Before I could check out, the housekeeping staff opened the door without knocking. Thankfully, she hadn't come in yet, and I was in the bathroom. I explained that my check-out time was 1:00, and I'd already gotten permission from reception. It was a mess. Why didn't they coordinate? I was disappointed.

The location was really strategic, very close to the city centre and government offices. Easy to access (by public transport and taxi). The staff are nice and friendly. The room is actually quite good and clean, however it is not soundproof.

Stayed here for one night. Overall, it was well worth the price, and the location is centrally located. The superior twin room was a bit uncomfortable, with two very cramped beds, especially the bathroom. Even worse, the sink was located outside the bathroom, in front of the door. This size also meant the direction of prayer (Qibla) faced the bathroom, making it very uncomfortable for prayer. There is a prayer room, but on a different floor.
